This lavender salt foot bath solution is very easy to prepare. You boil one gallon of water. Then you add ½ cup of Epsom salt or sea salt and 5 drops of lavender oil into the water. You can now immerse your feet in the water.

In a basin filled with warm water, you add the following
1 cup of Epsom salts
1 peppermint tea bag (unopened)
1 chamomile tea bag (unopened)

1 tablespoon Honey

Mix all these ingredients together in a bowl and its ready for your foot bath. Note: If you want to make this stuff in a large quantity to save for later, you can bump up all the ingredients to something like this:
1 cup Honey
1 cup Liquid Soap (I used dish soap)
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup Sweet Almond Oil

For this recipe, you need 4 Drops of Chamomile oil, 3 Drops of Lavender oil, 3 Tablespoons of Dead Sea salt and 1 Gallon of warm water.
The water should be at a temperature that is suitable to you, a temperature you find acceptable and warm enough to soothe.

To prepare this tea tree oil foot soak, you need 1/2 cup Epsom salts, 5 drops peppermint extract, 3 drops tea tree oil and 3 drops lavender oil. You add all these ingredients into 1 galloon of warm water.
