To prepare this hydrating facial mask, you will need 1 egg white, 4 tablespoons of milk and2 tablespoons of granulated sugar (white or brown)

 

The first thing you need to do is to whisk the egg white until it gets frothy. Add the milk while mixing. Pour the sugar as well and mix a little more until you have a smooth paste.

 

Wash your face with lukewarm water and apply the mask with gentle circular motions. Don’t press, just rub tenderly. You should feel the sugar crystals scrubbing your skin. You let the mask work for 15 minutes.

 

Wash your face with lukewarm water. To close your pores, rinse with cool water. Pat your face dry with a clean towel. You can start using this face mask three times a week, reducing the application to once a week.

First, you need to peel the fruits and take out the pits and seeds. Mash all of them into a nice smooth paste. Spread the paste gently and equally with your fingertips on your clean face and neck; keep the eye area clear.

 

Now you just lie down, relax and leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes

Then wash it off with alternately lukewarm water and end with a splash of cold water; pat your skin dry with a clean towel. Finally tone and apply a moisturizer.

 

Aspirin Aloe Vera Hydrating Facial Mask

 

To prepare this hydrating facial mask, you will need 7-8 uncoated aspirin and Aloe Vera gel

 

The first thing you need to do is to break the aspirin in halves and put them in a small bowl. Add in a little bit of Aloe Vera gel and slowly start to mash the aspirin with a teaspoon. Add in some more aloe gel and mix until you have a smooth paste.

 

Spread and massage the paste gently and equally with your fingertips or using a small make-up brush on your clean face and neck; keep the eye area clear.

 

Now you just lie down, relax and leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes

Then take it off by gently massaging it into your skin and washing it away with warm water and end with a splash of cold; pat your skin dry with a clean towel. Finally apply a moisturizer

 

Turmeric Milk Hydrating Facial Mask

 

To prepare this hydrating facial mask, you will need 1 tablespoon of milk powder and 1 teaspoon turmeric paste.

 

You mix the milk powder and turmeric paste until it is a smooth paste. You spread the paste gently and equally using your fingertips or a small make-up brush on your clean face and neck; keep the eye area clear.

 

Now you can lie down, relax and leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes, your skin should start to feel tight and dry. Then wash it off with cold water; pat your skin dry with a clean towel.

 

Pineapple Honey Papaya Hydrating Facial Mask

 

To prepare this hydrating facial mask you will need 4 slices fresh papaya, 3 slices fresh pineapple and 1 tablespoon raw organic honey (or manuka honey)

 

First, you mash the papaya and the pineapple in a food processor and add in the honey, mix everything well until you have a smooth paste.

Smooth the paste gently and equally using your fingertips or a small make-up brush on your clean face and neck; keep the eye area clear.

 

Now you can lie down, relax and leave the mask on for 20 minutes
