Potato can erase dark patches and blemishes make the skin smooth and shiny. All you need to do is to rub a slice of potato on the face daily.
1 tablespoon of lemon juice mixed with 1 tablespoon of raw organic honey is another remedy as also red onion. Red onion rubbed on the face removes dark spots and freckles.
You can take 1 tablespoon each of cucumber juice and aloe vera gel, and mix them well together to remove pigmentation and make your skin smooth, clear and rejuvenated.
The tomato is very good for the skin and is a natural bleaching agent. Yogurt also has bleaching affect and it also has a skin tightening property. Oatmeal is an excellent scrub. These three ( 1 tomato, one quarter cup of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of oatmeal) mixed together can work wonders in the treatment for pigmentation.
Mix all the three ingredients together and apply the mixture on the affected part. Let the mixture dry completely and then wash off with lukewarm water. Using this daily is sure to make your skin look good and healthy.
You crush 1 tomato and press on a sieve and extract its juice. Next you add in 2 teaspoon oatmeal and half teaspoon plain yogurt. Apply on the patches. Allow it to dry naturally Leave it for 15-20 min. Wash off with lukewarm water. Do this every day
You mix 1 teaspoon turmeric powder with 1 teaspoon lemon juice and apply the mixture on the affected area. Leave it for 15 min to dry. Wash off with cold water. Avocados, apple cider vinegar, guava and bananas can also help to remove pigmentation. When you apply the mask on your face using these natural ingredients you must not leave it for more than 20 minutes.
Gently apply aloe vera juice or gel on the affected area and leave it on for 15 minutes. Wash it off with warm water. Aloe vera contains mucilaginous polysaccharides that can effectively lighten dark spots.
Grate the skin of an orange and make a paste / gel with 2 teaspoons of milk. Leave it on for half an hour and then massage gently and wash it off with warm water. Exfoliate your face at least 3 to 4 times a week with this paste. Exfoliation encourages cell renewal and removes the dark blotches.
Eating fruits daily and drinking lots of water to flush out the toxins from your body and keep your skin healthy and supple. Your daily diet should also include liver, sweet potatoes, carrots, mangoes, spinach, cantaloupe, dried apricots, milk, cheese, egg yolks, sunflower seeds, almonds, olive oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, blueberries, hazel nuts, wheat germ, pine nuts, avocado and salmon.
