Every summer millions of us take advantage of fairer weather and longer days to get outside more. Morning runs, weekend bike rides, and long evening strolls become more common.

If you’re one of the many who frequently get a deep pain in your buttocks, hip or down your leg after you take up summer activities like these there’s a good chance it’s coming from a little known muscle called the piriformis.

It’s the piriformis muscle deep in the posterior side of our hips, along with a few other lateral rotator muscles, which allow our bodies to keep from falling over when we walk by shifting our body weight side to side as we lift our feet.

However, many of the activities we participate in require this muscle to continually contract. As the muscle is overworked, it becomes painfully tight while stretching nearby muscles. Piriformis syndrome is a frequent contributor to lower back pain and one of the four primary causes of sciatica.

What activities lead to piriformis syndrome?

Perhaps the most common activity leading to piriformis syndrome wouldn’t really be called an “activity” at all by most of us: sitting. But just holding your body erect in a seat with your hips flexed (knees bent, feet on the floor) requires your piriformis muscle to contract to help maintain that position. And sitting on a wallet can quickly make matters even worse.

Yes, many of us sit all day long throughout the year. So why the big deal about summer activities causing piriformis syndrome?

Many of our summer activities like running, bicycling, hiking, and rowing all work the piriformis muscle as we repeatedly bend our legs. In fact, they repeatedly work the same muscles over and over.

Unless we take care to properly stretch and strengthen other muscles by lateral (sideways) movements of our legs we soon create a muscle imbalance where the piriformis muscle becomes short and tight.

This is what leads to both deep muscle aches and referred nerve pain from strangulation of the sciatic nerve where it passes near or through the piriformis muscle.

Even if your pain isn’t constant yet, if you’re experiencing pain in your lower back, buttocks, or down the back of your legs it’s worth considering piriformis syndrome as a possible cause.

Here’s a couple quick ways to determine if your piriformis muscle is overly tight: take a quick look down at your feet right now. If they’re turned with your toes pointed outwards, your piriformis is tight.

Another way is to lie down and relax your legs. Now look at your feet. Chances are the toes are turned outwards. Again, that’s a sign your piriformis is overly tight and may be leading to pain.

How to end piriformis syndrome pain

The good news is piriformis syndrome, painful as it may be, can usually be quickly reversed. Naturally you’ll want to start by giving your piriformis muscle a much needed break.

This means take it easy with the running, jumping, hiking, climbing, bicycling, and rowing. Take frequent breaks when sitting so the piriformis doesn’t remain in a contracted state for prolonged periods.

Then begin targeted stretching exercises to relieve the tension in the piriformis muscle and end piriformis syndrome pain. You’ll find three easy stretches you can do without leaving your chair in the Video HERE.

Many people get pain relief the first time they try these stretches and most overcome their piriformis syndrome symptoms within a couple weeks through targeted stretching.

… 3 Top Causes & 5 Solutions to Relieve Painful Buttocks

Buttocks pain is incredibly common, despite being far less talked about than back pain and other types of pain. When you have pain in your buttocks region, it can make simple activities like walking and even sitting nearly unbearable.

Buttocks pain is often associated with other types of pain, like hip pain, lower back pain, and groin pain, and it can even lead you to have stiffness or limited movement in your back and hips. Needless to say, it’s a difficult condition to live with … and one you don’t have to because safe and long-lasting solutions abound.

But first … many of the top causes of buttocks pain are caused not by injury or disease, but rather by the day-to-day stresses you put on your body through normal living.

3 Top Causes of Buttocks Pain

  1. Sciatica

Pain that radiates from your lower back, through your buttocks and down the back of your leg may be due to sciatica, which is pain the runs down your sciatic nerve.

Sciatica typically results from an underlying condition such as a herniated disc in your back (see below …)

  1. Herniated Discs

One out of three people have a herniated disc, which occurs when your discs – the “shock absorbers” of your spine – become damaged, bulge or break open.

This can lead to severe sharp, shooting pain that travels down the back of your leg, numbness and tingling in your legs, burning pack pain, buttocks pain and even leg weakness.

Injuries or a sudden awkward movement (like lifting a heavy object) can cause a herniated disc. But more often they are caused by repetitive strains that occur slowly over a lifetime.

Sitting or standing with poor posture, inactivity, hunching over your computer for long hours, all of these can lead to varying degrees of muscle imbalances, where one muscle is used more often (and therefore grows stronger) than an opposing muscle (which becomes weakened).

This, in turn, leads to postural dysfunctions, in which your bones remain in an abnormal position, leading to uneven and excessive compression and torsion that causes discs to bulge or herniate.

  1. Piriformis Syndrome

In the center of your buttocks is a little-known muscle called the piriformis muscle, which is instrumental to walking, bicycling, running and many other movements.

When your piriformis becomes overworked, however, it becomes painfully tight while stretching nearby muscles. This leads to a deep pain in your buttocks, hip or down your legs.

Surprisingly, perhaps the most common activity leading to piriformis syndrome isn’t really an “activity” at all: sitting.

Just holding your body erect in a seat with your hips flexed (knees bent, feet on the floor) requires your piriformis muscle to contract to help maintain that position. And sitting on a wallet can quickly make matters even worse.

Unless you take care to properly stretch and strengthen other muscles by lateral (sideways) movements of your legs, you soon create a muscle imbalance where the piriformis muscle becomes short and tight, a very common cause of buttocks pain.

5 Top Solutions to Relieve Painful Buttocks

If buttocks pain has been an ongoing pain in your butt (pun intended!), what are you waiting for? Set yourself free from the pain now, and for good, using these tried-and-true (and all natural) solutions.

  1. Use Inversion Therapy …

With inversion therapy, you increase the space between your vertebrae, relaxing the pressure on your discs, ligaments and nerve roots. Increasing intra-vertebral space means reducing pressure on the nerve roots, which means less back and buttocks pain and less likelihood of nerve root damage.

When you oscillate up and down on an inversion table, it creates a pumping action for the fluids around your spinal discs. This forces waste out and draws in fluid around your discs, helping to realign your spine when used in the long term.

  1. Use a Truly Natural Pain Relief Cream

Options like our Rub-On-Relief use White Willow Bark and other natural ingredients for sustained pain relief – without the potential danger of methyl salicylate.

This is a broad-spectrum homeopathic pain cream that was formulated to address many of the foundational reasons why you are in pain.

Rub on Relief contains a synergistic blend of homeopathic ingredients, each carefully selected to address pain and inflammation from a slightly differently angle.

Rub on Relief offers pain relief, and more, naturally, without questionable ingredients of any kind.

  1. Relieve Pain with Far-Infrared Heat

far-infrared heating pad penetrates deeper than skin level, reaching the tissues and muscle underneath. This not only gives you relief from buttocks pain caused by sciatica or herniated discs, it actually improves circulation to the area to fight inflammation and promote healing by bringing in needed nutrients.

  1. Try Proteolytic Enzymes

When you have pain like buttocks pain, your body sends prostaglandins in to cause pain and inflammation. This signals your body to take it easy and provides a mechanism for healing to take place.

But your body also needs proteolytic enzymes to shut down the inflammation process and clean up excess fibrin, or internal scar tissue, created during the healing process.

Our Heal-n-Soothe, includes not only 12 of nature’s most powerful natural anti-inflammatories, but also a healthy dose of proteolytic enzymes — the first line of defense your body has against pain but stops manufacturing much of after your late 20’s. (The formula is so effective that we guarantee it’ll stop your pain — or we’ll buy it back.)

  1. Fix Your Muscle Imbalances

As mentioned, poor posture, sitting for long periods, awkward heavy lifting and activities like bicycling or jogging can lead to postural dysfunctions and muscle imbalances that cause you buttocks pain.

Identifying your postural dysfunctions, so you can reverse your muscle imbalances to prevent further and ongoing damage, is therefore essential to both buttocks pain relief and healing.

With the Lose the Back Pain System, you’ll go through a series of self-assessments designed to help you pinpoint which postural dysfunctions you have, then you’ll discover a customized series of corrective exercises, stretches, and self-treatments that are unique to your condition.

While you’re at it, be sure to read The 7-Day Back Pain Cure, which reveals the hidden causes of back pain (which often mirror those of buttocks pain) along with lifestyle changes you can make today and watch your pain disappear just days later. (You can even pick up a copy now for FREE !)

If these solutions sound at all intriguing to you, do not hesitate a moment longer. You’ve struggled with buttocks pain for long enough, and you deserve to live your life pain-free from here on out.

5 Foods Here for Really Remarkably Effective Body Detox

5 Foods Here for Really Remarkably Effective Body Detox - To be fit and healthy, an effective body detox is something your body must do on a daily, 24/7 basis – and if it cannot, you’re in for some trouble. Read on to find out what you can do about this.

Many people think of effective body detox as a finite thing, something that happens over a period of three or seven days and involves consuming nothing but green drinks and water.

But, really, effective body detox is something your body must do on a daily, 24/7 basis – and if it cannot, you’re in for some trouble.

Your body is literally inundated with toxicants every day. They’re in your food, your air, your water, your personal care products, and virtually every object in your home.

Your body has the tall task of removing the toxicants as best it can so they don’t poison your body, and so that you can continue functioning and, ideally, thriving from day to day.

This can’t be done in a matter of hours or even days. It must be done on an ongoing, continuous basis, and for that your body requires proper nutrition.

Part of the reason why eating too many processed foods and added sugars, and drinking too much alcohol and caffeine, makes you feel so lethargic, foggy-headed and grumpy is because you’re probably putting in more junk than your body is taking out.

Your Body’s 2-Phase Detoxification Process

Many parts of your body contribute to the detoxification process, including your kidneys, blood, bowel, skin and lymphatic system. But it is your liver that takes the starring role. Your liver filters your blood and also breaks down chemicals using a two-phase process.

Phase 1 involves the neutralization of toxicants, which are subsequently broken down into smaller fragments. Sometimes, however, the compound being detoxified is not rendered completely inert and may in fact end up more dangerous after phase-1 oxidation then when it started (benzene being one example).

During phase 2, those small fragments are bound to other molecules, rendering them harmless, so they can be eliminated in your urine, stool and bile. Proper nutrients are necessary for each of these phases to occur, and if you don’t have the right ones, a dangerous imbalance can occur.

Specifically, if you only have the nutrients to complete phase 1 detox but not in phase 2, the broken down toxicants may accumulate in your body with no way out.

As mentioned, sometimes this might include toxic by-products of phase 1 detoxification, so it’s essential to complete the process to eliminate them effectively.

You’ve got to complete both phases for optimal health. Nutrients necessary for this process are as follows:

Phase 1:

  • B-Vitamins (B2, B3, B6, B12, folic acid)
  • Flavonoids (organic fruits and vegetables)
  • Vitamins A, C and E (such as carrots, oranges, wheat germ, almonds)
  • Glutathione (avocado, watermelon, asparagus, walnuts, fresh fruits and veggies)
  • Branched chain amino acids (animal protein)
  • Phospholipids (eggs, lean meats, organ meats, fish)

Phase 2:

  • Indole-3-carbinol (cabbage, broccoli, Brussels sprouts and other cruciferous vegetables)
  • Limonene (oranges, tangerines, caraway seeds and dill seeds)
  • Glutathione (avocado, watermelon, asparagus, walnuts, fresh fruits and veggies)
  • Omega-3 fats (sardines, anchovies, wild-caught salmon, fish oil)
  • Amino acids (protein)

5 Foods to Supercharge Your Body’s Detoxification Process

Whole foods – including organic fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds, grass-fed beef, organic poultry, wild-caught seafood, and eggs from free-range hens – will ensure your body’s nutrient requirements are fulfilled and enable it to rid itself of toxicants.

However, certain foods are known for their ability to boost your body’s detoxification powers. This includes:

  1. Artichokes

Artichokes are an excellent source of fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), or prebiotics. Prebiotics are non-digestible substances that stimulate the growth and/or activity of beneficial microorganisms like probiotics in your digestive tract.

In other words, prebiotics “feed” the probiotics in your gut, allowing them to flourish. As your gut health improves, so does its function and that of your immune system, helping to lower the burden on your liver.

  1. Cruciferous Vegetables

Brussels sprouts, cabbage, broccoli, kale and cauliflower are examples of cruciferous vegetables that aid detoxification in multiple ways. They’re rich in fiber, helping with waste removal, as well as sulfur-containing compounds that support liver detoxification, including the crucial phase 2 enzyme activities.

  1. Beets

Beets contain pigments called betalins, which significantly support phase-2 detoxification. As reported by the George Mataljan Society, beets assist in the process of ‘hooking up” toxicants with other molecules to neutralize them and aid in elimination:

“One critical “hook up” process during Phase 2 involves an enzyme family called the glutathione-S-transferase family (GSTs). GSTs hook toxins up with glutathione for neutralization and excretion from the body.

The betalains found in beet have been shown to trigger GST activity, and to aid in the elimination of toxins that require glutathione for excretion.

If you are a person who thinks about exposure to toxins and wants to give your body as much detox support as possible, beets are a food that belongs in your diet.”

  1. Oranges and Tangerines

These are rich in both vitamin C and the phytochemical limonene, making them useful for stimulating both phase 1 and phase 2 detoxification processes.

  1. High-Quality Animal Protein

Eggs, grass-fed beef and organic chicken are examples of foods that contain sulfur-containing amino acids, including cysteine and methionine. These are essential for phase 2 detoxification and your body’s stores become depleted as your body detoxifies. (So if you’re under a lot of stress, you probably need more to keep up with detoxification.)

Sometimes your body needs a jump-start to shake loose of years’ worth of accumulated toxicants. That’s right … did you know that your colon could be clogged with five to 20 pounds of hardened fecal matter?

This clogging causes your GI tract to become inflamed, which can cause leaky gut — a condition in which toxins leak into your bloodstream. This, in turn, causes inflammation that is linked to chronic disease, digestive dysfunction and poor health.

You can help to flush impacted fecal matter and other toxins from your system by choosing a gentle detoxification system like Natural Cleanse.

This all-natural formula combines the very latest research and clinical studies in digestive health with centuries of traditional healing wisdom into a natural product that gently releases and flushes toxins from your colon.

In just 2 capsules daily for 30 days, Natural Cleanse (watch this Video HERE) can help to flush your colon clear of toxic build up (including impacted fecal matter, toxins, bacteria and parasites) while soothing the inflammation of your GI tract lining to reduce leaky gut.

Natural Cleanse contains herbal remedies like buckthorn bark, ginger root, and milk thistle extract combined with psyllium husk and a patented probiotic blend that helps rebalance your vital gut microflora and supports healthy detoxification – and it is clinically proven to improve digestive function.

What Can Really Be The Greatest Barriers to Health?

What Can Really Be The Greatest Barriers to Health? It seems we all, in our quest for health, well-being or simple pain relief, we often encounter some barriers to health that seem either to be in our way or to fall along our path as we traverse it toward feeling good. Read on to find out how you can get over this.

Whether you have back pain, sciatica, neck or shoulder pain, headaches, PMS, tendonitis or something other… you have by now likely sought out alternative practices to relieve your suffering.

Maybe the prescription meds helped a bit, but only for a while. You learned — or felt — that they aren’t so beneficial after all. And when they wore off, you had to take more… and more.

And now perhaps you are seeing an acupuncturist, a chiropractor, a massage therapist or some other holistic therapist… and are finding that the requirements to do what is asked of you (outside of appointments) is just not quite fitting into your busy daily schedule.

Taking personal responsibility for your own health is difficult. It requires dedication and patience. Life is tough.

It seems we all, in our quest for health, well-being or simple pain relief, encounter the same set of barriers. These are things that seem either to be in our way or to fall along our path as we traverse it toward feeling good.

And while each person’s barriers are of different sizes, the following three are by far the most common.

Barriers to Health #1: Time

Perhaps the most obvious barrier to achieving optimal health is time. There is only so much of it in a day, a week, a month and a year. We can’t add time, and when we finally do find a free moment it gets eaten up by unsuspecting sources, like: work, house work, family obligations, events, projects, you name it.

Something always seems to get in the way of doing our exercises, driving out of the way to purchase organic whole foods, eating balanced meals, getting a healthy amount of sleep, taking those supplements as directed, drinking enough water.

After a while, people start to think that going the “alternative” route to relief may be a bit overbearing. You have to visit the practitioner perhaps several days per week for several weeks. You have to take herbs or supplements. You have to do additional stretches or exercises between visits… and sometimes even on the same day!

The main difference between mainstream medicine and alternative therapies is that the practitioners and products of alternative ‘medicine’ are working toward healing you; not patching you up. And healing takes time.

But I’m here to tell you that time is no true barrier to health!

Look, I know you’re busy. You’ve got kids, a demanding job, a hectic family schedule. But if you need to exercise, you can prioritize 20 minutes at a time, 3 days per week.

Forget reruns of Seinfeld; do your stretches instead. Better yet, why not do the exercises while watching your favorite sitcom or the evening news?

Skip reading the morning paper tomorrow and go for a walk instead! Skip the take out lunch and go to the farmer’s market on the way home from work, then prepare a healthy lunch in advance.

There are always sets of minutes in a day that can be “constructed” into health minutes. You simply need to prioritize your day, your week — your life — and establish the time. If you don’t and your ills become chronic or life-threatening… what good is your time then?

Do yourself, your family and your loved-ones a favor and break down that Time Barrier. It doesn’t exist; it’s an illusion. Only laziness and lack of creativity make time short. And you’re neither lazy nor uncreative!

Barriers to Health #2: Money

The second most common barrier is money. That is, having the financial means available to buy the best organic or free-range foods, receiving the best holistic treatments and taking only the highest quality herbs and supplements available.

A personal trainer costs money. A weekly massage costs money. Acupuncture can get expensive. Herbs are cheap, but their protocols are long so they add up.

The main thing is to prioritize your wellness dollars. If you are spending X amount on health each month, how can it be maximized? And if you are spending money on extra cable TV channels, expensive dinners and unnecessary clothing–then why not cut back on these and spend the money on your health instead? It’s not how you look; it is how you feel!

One of the best things you can do is to learn methods of reducing stress, of stretching and of exercising you can do by yourself at any time of day. This will allow you to reduce your massage frequency and you will derive greater benefit from the herbs and acupuncture you are receiving.

I recommend consulting your holistic practitioner to get a clear picture of how many visits over what length of time will be required of you. You also want to know what herbs or supplements you may need to take and over what period of time.

With this information you will know ahead of time (no pun intended), how much money you will need to allocate for your natural therapy.

With this information, you can begin to budget your wellness dollars accordingly. I highly recommend you not begin a course of treatment until you have the means to attend every required visit and to purchase whatever additional things are needed along the way.

No sense in wasting money on half a therapy, is there? And with clarity of costs, allocation of money in place… money will no longer be a barrier to your health.

Barriers to Health #3: Belief in the Therapy

The third most common barrier to health is one’s own level of belief in what it is they are doing (or receiving) and what the result of that will be.

Are you on a fast? If so, do you believe it will do you good and deliver on the expected results? Are you receiving Rolfing? Do you think the sessions are helping, or will help if you follow them through their prescribed course of treatment?

My point is, many people who begin and then drop out of holistic care, do so because they lose faith in the method of care they are receiving. This either happens because the practitioner has made unrealistic promises, or the patient was expecting different results than the ones gained. And most Americans want fast and easy results.

Well I’m here to tell you that by their very nature alternative therapies are not fast — but they are safe, holistic, non-invasive and, if followed through, their results can be long lasting and life changing.

When working with alternative therapies of any kind, you must obtain a clear picture of what may and may not happen… and over what period of time. Managing your goals (e.g., “I want to be pain free by July) and your expectations (e.g., “At the very least, I expect to be gardening again in April), you will be able to ‘hold the course’ as the treatment progresses.

The best way to overcome the belief barrier is to discuss the therapeutic method at length with the practitioner who is offering the service. Ask for reading material. Ask for case studies. Talk to other patients.

By doing this, you will empower yourself with enough information to know that the program is either not the right one for you, or that you can rightfully dedicate time, money and effort to it.

In closing, I want you to know that I understand that you may be at the end of your rope. You have already spent huge sums of money, time and effort trying to get better, to be pain free, to lead the life you desire.

But your life isn’t over, and there is plenty of time left to truly live. All you have to do is redouble your courage, dig your heels in and: 1) make the time, 2) allocate the money, and 3) believe in the outcome.

By breaking down the barriers to health, nothing can block your path to the pain-free life you so rightly deserve. To your life!

We don’t know why, but poor health information surrounds us everywhere. Downright lies, some of it! And the general public has no way of knowing if what they hear, read or see is authentic or merely bogus.

Is it the media sensationalizing information for a “compelling story.” Is it government agencies in cahoots with some industry looking to squash the competition? What if it’s the companies themselves misrepresenting their goods? Then again, it could be simple ignorance.

I’d like to share an item with you here that recently came to my attention. A patient of mine told me about a recent article on acupuncture she had read in a major newspaper.

She said that the article was positive toward acupuncture and mentioned that it is very effective for certain diseases. It also noted that acupuncture was being taken seriously by physicians of Western medicine—and many were now studying it. So far, so good!

But the article went on to say that given the trials conducted by these MDs, the only thing important to acupuncture was the insertion of the needles. Anywhere on the body! So according to their reports, patients got better by mere virtue of a needle or needles being inserted into their bodies at random locations.

Ridiculous!

This is not the first time I have heard such claims made by physicians trying to dismiss 3,000 years of Chinese medical history, case studies and theory.

It’s their way of saying Chinese medicine is not only childlike but it efficacy is based solely on the placebo effect. This was the understanding I walked away with years ago after seeing a documentary on the subject hosted by Alan Alda.

In this documentary, a physician treated a patient with an illness using a single acupuncture point. The patient felt better. The next week the same patient was treated using a different acupuncture point. Again, the patient felt better.

And I remember thinking, “Of course the patient feels better. Both points selected are indicated for her problem.” But the show’s message was: acupuncture must work on the placebo principle since both points worked.

The theory of Chinese medicine is based on relationships in the body between organs, fluids, oxygen, thoughts, etc. And since there are many causes for any given disease and many associated signs and symptoms, to be truly effective the acupuncturist must select acu-points that address not only the main problem, but also the symptoms and secondary problems.

Thus, one could use the “Horary” acu-point for that time—the point in the body holding the most Qi for the current time period. Or, the Master point for the particular problem. Or a combination of points on different meridian channels to make an energetic current in the body. And so on.

So we practitioners say, “Of course many points work for any given illness. They are supposed to! But to get rid of the problem or alleviate the pain for the long term, the correct points must be selected and sequenced. Otherwise, acupuncture becomes a symptom-chasing method of masking problems in the short term. And this is not its domain.

Furthermore, the idea that a needle inserted into the body at any location and at any depth will heal the body is ludicrous.

And here’s why…

Acupuncture is a science based on understanding etiology and pathogenesis of disease and the flow of qi (vital energy) in meridians (pathways) and specific location of points on those meridians.

Proper depth of needle insertion must also be mastered as well as precise location of insertion. If the needle misses the exact location of an acu-point, the patient will not experience the “arrival of qi.” With no arrival of qi, there is no curative effect.

If you miss the point but stay on the actual meridian channel, you will still receive an effect, but not as strongly as if you were hit the point and channel concurrently. If you insert the needle too far, you can puncture an organ or artery. If too shallow, you miss the channel and fail to activate the energy.

This theory and energy anatomy is so important that students of Chinese medicine spend years memorizing and training to locate point accurately, to needle them precisely.

Moreover, acupuncturists become intimately familiar with several hundred different points, their effective uses in solo and in combination with others, and their contraindications. If these practices are not adhered to, patients would either fail to get better or they could get much worse.

And so the idea of inserting needles into the body at random to cure any illness or disease is pure fantasy. I’ve had patients tell me they went to another practitioner for their sinus problems, but felt no different after a dozen treatments.

After one of my treatments, their sinuses were already draining. They ask me how this is possible when the same points were used by both of us. The answer: the former practitioner missed the points, even by a fraction in any direction, or by incorrect depth of needle insertion.

Acupuncture points are each named and numbered and indicated for specific problems. This is based on thousands of years of clinical experience and millions of case studies.

And any acupuncturist will tell you that using points for stomach ache will not help neuropathy. Those points for acne will not help knee pain. Thus, inserting needles at random locations to cure anything and everything become a non-issue. It is simply a false statement.

If it was true, and I wish it were, then everyone who ever went to an acupuncturist would already be cured of all of their health problems. And each time you got a splinter, your body would suddenly be free of disease. For every bee sting, you would have one less arthritic joint.

So we are left with the problem of the media presenting to the public information on health that is bogus, misinformed and potentially hazardous.

But is it the fault of the Media to sensationalize a story by making it bipartisan? Or is the Establishment offering the information and queering it for their benefit?

While the public has no real way of knowing, it is probably safe to assume both parties are at fault. In the end, we can only take responsibility for our own health decisions.

So if you are considering trying something for your health that is out of the mainstream, do as much research as you can, visit centers, talk to other patients, and interview the practitioner.

Don’t rely on reports by opposing organizations or sensationalized media presentations. They’re only looking to push an agenda or make ratings.
