Discover the Easiest Way to Stop Inflammation in Your Body and In the Process Helps to Reverse Premature Aging

Do you want to get old fast?

Look older than you should, lack the energy you ought to have, bring on all sorts of serious diseases like cancer and heart attack, lose your mental clarity and memory, and die younger than you should?

I’m sure your answer is a giant NO WAY!

In which case the most important goal you could have in your life when it comes to looking and feeling as young as you should, avoiding (and healing) disease and early death, and eliminating pain while you are at it is …

Take the essential steps below to
reduce your body’s inflammation starting today!

Follow the 7 Powerful Anti-Aging Tips after the 7 Foods below and you CAN Reverse Premature Aging

Now I am not talking about the normal and natural inflammation that is a healthy body’s reaction to irritation, infection, or injury.

I am talking about chronic inflammation, which unfortunately most adults over age 35 have today, and which is when pro-inflammatory substances continue to be released into your body over time, attacking your healthy cells, blood vessels and tissues instead of protecting them.

And unhealthy cells, vessels, and tissues EQUALS premature aging — skin that increasingly looks older than it should, bones that get weaker than they should, depleted energy, and a brain that gets increasingly cloudy too.

When you understand chronic inflammation’s basic processes, in fact, it is no surprise that scientific research (especially over the last decade or so) has shown that it is THE root cause of most of today’s chronic diseases, including cancer, heart attack, diabetes, fibromyalgia, stroke, Alzheimer’s, and more.

And of course, chronic inflammation also means pain.

The VERY Good News!

But here is the wonderful thing about addressing your inflammation: it is never too late. By striving to avoid these foods below, and by taking the positive steps that follow, you really CAN reverse premature aging (and heal and prevent disease and eliminate your pain in the process)!

Below are 7 worst-offender foods that cause premature aging. This means these foods are linked to chronic inflammation — amongst a host of other serious problems these foods can cause!

Further below are 7 CRUCIAL steps to take to banish chronic pain, reverse premature aging, and both heal the underlying causes of and prevent serious disease.

Foods That Cause Premature Aging #1:  Sugar

According to Dr. Patricia Farris in The Sugar Detox

“The link between sugar and premature aging lies in a process called ‘glycation’. This chemical process happens when blood sugar levels become excessively high. Sugar molecules then circulate in the blood and bind to other components to form substances known as protein-sugar complexes – also called advanced glycation end-products, or AGEs.

These can be found in virtually all organ systems around the body – from the kidneys, brain and nervous tissue to the skin – and trigger an inflammatory response, causing tissue damage and premature aging.

Glycation should just be part of the natural aging process that starts when you are in your mid-30s and increases with age. But we now believe the speed at which glycation occurs is directly related to your dietary intake of sugar.”

Fried foods like French fries, fried chicken and potato chips are cooked at very high temperatures and also contain toxic AGEs. AGEs contribute to oxidative stress and inflammation that can make your skin look dull and ruddy, not to mention contribute to wrinkles.

Sugar, along with other refined carbohydrates (white bread, pasta, bagels, pancakes, etc.) is linked to premature aging and skin wrinkling. It actually attacks the collagen and elastin in your skin, leading to increased sagging and wrinkles.

Besides causing premature aging, sugar provokes chronic inflammation, amongst many other ill effects. It’s not about banishing sugar from your diet entirely, as healthy foods like fruits contain it naturally. Instead the big goal is to eliminate it from all sources you possibly can, so you are only getting it from the natural whole foods like fruit.

Stay away from agave, the so-called ‘healthy’ sweetener which is high in fructose (even higher than high fructose corn syrup). Fructose is linked to accelerated aging and specifically affects skin collagen by increasing the amount of stable chemical bonds “both within and between collagen molecules, which in turn may reduce skin’s elasticity and softness, the hallmarks of youthful skin.”

Try to avoid table sugar, brown sugar, raw sugar, maple syrup, sorghum syrup, rice syrup, molasses, corn sweetener, liquid cane sugar, dextrose, fructose, glucose, and any other word that ends in an “ose”, barley malt, and concentrated fruit juice, for example. Watch labels carefully for these and other sugar sources. You should stay away from cookies and candy because both of them have high sugar content.

Foods That Cause Premature Aging #2: Hydrogenated Fats / Trans-Fats

Think of these as artificial fat, and think of them as extremely bad for you! In addition to promoting inflammation, trans-fats promote insulin resistance, high cholesterol, and obesity.

They are prevalent in deep-fried foods, commercial baked goods, and fast foods. This is especially so for doughnuts which are frequently made with trans fats (look for partially hydrogenated vegetable oil on labels).

Trans fats are highly inflammatory, and chronic inflammation accelerates aging. They’re also terrible for your skin. They actually increase the skin damage caused by exposure to ultraviolet light, which is a fast track to wrinkles. Doughnuts also contain sugar … lots of it

Therefore you should watch food labels carefully — and keep in mind in the U.S.A. that foods containing less than .5g of trans fat can be called trans fat free. Avoid margarine, vegetable shortening, and partially hydrogenated oil … watch labels for these, because even if it doesn’t list any trans fat, if it contains these, it likely has some!

Foods That Cause Premature Aging #3: Processed Foods

Processed foods include refined grains, processed meat, and pasteurized dairy.

Refined grains basically have their nutritional value stripped right out of them to make it easier for the food factories to produce and store on grocery store shelves.

The effect of what is left after the nutrition is stripped out of them is very similar to the effect of sugar on your body. Furthermore, processed grain products typically have all sorts of added ingredients that make their health-obliterating effects even worse, such as excess salt, sugar, and artificial ingredients.

Rice cakes and cereals are high in refined carbs and often contain added sugar, too, leading to sharp spikes in your blood sugar, which may encourage wrinkles.

The epitome of refined carbohydrates, white bread has a very high glycemic index. The glycemic index is used to measure a food’s generation of an insulin response, with high-glycemic index foods being associated with weight gain.

And that’s not all. High-glycemic foods, which include most refined carbohydrates, have emerged at the “main culprit” in the rising rates of adult acne seen in the United States, according to a 2014 study in the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology.

White rice, white flour, noodles, pasta, biscuits, and baked goods are a few other examples of processed grain foods you should watch out which can cause you to age faster.

Scientific research shows that processed meat, meanwhile, is a very strong contributor to aging and disease, especially cancer of the colon and rectum. Processed meats include those that have been smoked, salted, cured, or preserved with chemicals, such as lunchmeat with nitrates.

Frozen meals, like most processed foods, are very high in sodium. Excess sodium encourages your body to retain fluid, which may lead to swollen, puffy eyes. The area around your eyes is particularly vulnerable because it is so very thin.

Finally, common milk and dairy products found on your grocer’s shelves are pasteurized, which means it is heated at a temperature just below boiling to kill off bacteria. Pasteurization became widespread early in the 20th century, when it was necessary due to the unsanitary conditions on many dairy farms back then.

Unfortunately, pasteurization also kills off the digestive enzymes in the dairy (which is why so many people today are lactose intolerant)! It also makes around 50% of the calcium in the dairy unusable by your body!

What’s left is a lot of milk sugar (lactose) that converts into sugar your body uses very rapidly. Add that to the fact that dairy cows today are force-fed unnatural diets along with antibiotics and growth hormones, and you can see why common milk does NOT do a body good.

Foods That Cause Premature Aging #4: Cooking Oils High in Omega-6

Most peoples’ diets are dangerously high in omega-6, and dangerously low in omega-3, contributing greatly to premature aging and disease. And polyunsaturated vegetable oils like sunflower, corn, safflower, cottonseed, and grape seed oils have very high omega-6 and very low omega-3.

Foods That Cause Premature Aging #5: NON-Naturally Raised Meat

Most beef, pork, and poultry you’ll find at grocery stores and restaurants come from feedlots versus being raised naturally (and humanely.) What this means is that the animals are force-fed diets such as corn and soy that are not their natural foods, in order to rapidly and excessively fatten them up. This results in sick animals, so they’re injected with antibiotics, too. To speed the fatten-them-up-and-sell-them process even more, they are injected with hormones.

What that means is a range of horrible effects on you if you eat this meat, such as high levels of omega-6 fatty acids … and antibiotics and hormones.

To avoid premature aging and disease, seek out only free-range and organic meats from animals fed entirely on their natural diets such as grasses.

Foods That Cause Premature Aging #6: Alcohol

If you are in generally healthy condition, a glass of red wine or beer daily has both been shown to provide health benefits.

But things turn sour beyond those moderate levels with wine, beer, and other alcoholic beverages, as routine high consumption provokes inflammation, especially of the liver and esophagus.

Foods That Cause Premature Aging #7: Artificial Ingredients

Aspartame. Saccharin. BHA and BHT. Mono-sodium glutamate. Potassium bromate. Sodium nitrate and nitrate. These are some of the worst artificial ingredient offenders.

Artificial sweeteners, and other artificial ingredients that preserve, thicken, conceal, or do who-knows-what to food, are ARTIFICIAL … meaning they are not MEANT to go into your body! Many have been linked to all sorts of serious disease including cancer.

If you want to look younger, feel younger, heal and prevent disease, and live longer, seek whole and natural foods on food labels and avoid these deadly agents.

So … now that you know the worst-offenders to avoid, what are 7 of the MOST powerful steps to take to avoid premature aging and heal and prevent disease?

Powerful Anti-Aging Tips #1:
Eat More Natural Foods Rich in Phytonutrients and Antioxidants

Phytonutrients are certain organic components from plants that are essential to avoid premature aging and avoid disease. Antioxidants, meanwhile, are molecules found in certain foods that slow or prevent the oxidation of molecules — meaning they reverse and prevent the formation of free radicals in your body, thereby reversing and preventing early aging and disease!

One exceptional source of phytonutrients and antioxidants (and also a lower-sugar fruit source) are berries, such as blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, and cherries.

Garlic, kale, broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables, legumes like kidney beans, chili peppers, onions, spinach and other dark green leafy vegetables, shiitake mushrooms, and sweet potatoes are some other super-healthy foods.

Powerful Anti-Aging Tips #2:
Drink More Clean Water

Study after study confirms it — most people are not drinking nearly enough clean, pure water. It is the essence of life, of course, so its benefits are myriad. But they include flushing the toxins out of your body, helping you feel full so you don’t overeat, and keeping your skin young and healthy.

Powerful Anti-Aging Tips #3:
Be Sure You are Getting Enough CLEAN CoQ10, Omega-3 and Vitamin E!

Vitamin E is essential for preventing early aging, both in terms of your physical appearance and as a powerful antioxidant that protects your cells from free radical damage that leads to cancer, heart attack, and other serious diseases. BE CAREFUL with vitamin E supplements, though, as there are multiple forms of Vitamin E and many contain the synthetic form that can be dangerous.

As already mentioned above, meanwhile, most adults are DANGEROUSLY deficient in omega-3 with DHA and EPA fatty acids that are so essential to avoid and help reverse premature aging, low energy, and serious disease. Again, though, please BEWARE of most omega-3 supplements, as many contain low-grade omega-3 and other ingredients that can actually be harmful.

And finally, be sure you are getting enough CoQ10 (Coenzyme Q10) in your diet! There is a widespread deficiency of this essential compound that acts as the “power switch” for all 100 trillion cells in your body.

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a substance similar to a vitamin. It is found in every cell of the body. Your body makes CoQ10, and your cells use it to produce energy your body needs for cell growth and maintenance. It also functions as an antioxidant, which protects the body from damage caused by harmful molecules.

CoQ10 is naturally present in small amounts in a wide variety of foods, but levels are particularly high in organ meats such as heart, liver, and kidney, as well as beef, soy oil, sardines, mackerel, and peanuts.

Coenzymes help enzymes work to digest food and perform other body processes, and they help protect the heart and skeletal muscles.

CoQ10 is available in the United States as a dietary supplement. It is also known as Q10, vitamin Q10, ubiquinone, or ubidecarenone.

Powerful Anti-Aging Tips #4:
Eat Naturally-Raised, Whole, Organic Proteins, Grains, Fruits, and Veggies

Well, as you can tell from the Foods that Cause Aging above, it is very wise to avoid anything processed, artificial, chemically saturated or altered, or otherwise manipulated by humans. (ALWAYS keep in mind they don’t do this with your health in mind — they do it for profit.)

Instead, seek out meat from animals allowed to range freely, allowed to eat their natural diet that hasn’t been sprayed with pesticides and herbicides, and not injected with steroids, antibiotics, or hormones. For protein, also seek out organic legumes.

Whatever protein sources you choose, make sure it is clean and that you get plenty of it in your diet — protein is increasingly essential as you get older; starting around the age of 40, muscle mass begins to decline by up to 1 percent yearly, and protein is critical to slow that process!

Also seek out foods made from whole organic grains — be careful of products stating “Made from Whole Grains!” because often that means whole grains are one of the ingredients, along with processed grains and all sorts of other harmful ingredients. (Watch those labels!)

And seek out fresh, organic, and ideally locally grown vegetables and fruits, too.

Powerful Anti-Aging Tips #5:
Sleep Properly, Sleep Well!

Research just keeps on proving that getting proper sleep is fundamental to avoiding premature aging, to healing and preventing disease, and to overcoming pain. Amongst its many other functions, good sleep is key to helping greatly reduce the impact of emotional stress on your health and wellbeing.

Powerful Anti-Aging Tips #6:
No Excuses — Exercise!

You have heard about the extreme importance of exercise before … countless times, probably. You KNOW it is critical to avoid premature aging, to increase your energy, and to heal and prevent disease already. It is also one of the most effective ways to reduce the emotional stress that contributes to premature aging and disease!

But I realize that knowing in theory the importance of exercise is not the problem.

The problem is staying committed to DOING it.  That’s why I humbly urge you to try our…

Powerful Anti-Aging Tips #7:
Do Not Wait: Fight Your Chronic Inflammation Starting Now — Naturally

Far too many people ignore the pain they are feeling in their body, some because they think they are helpless or it is “normal,” others because they think they can “tough it out.”

Ignoring the pain now means ignoring your chronic inflammation now, and that is about the most dangerous mistake you can possibly make. As you know by now, chronic inflammation is the underlying cause of premature aging — from how your skin looks to how much daily energy you have to how focused your brain is.

And as you know by now, chronic inflammation is the underlying cause of most serious diseases, including cancer and heart attack.

Ignoring it or “toughing it out” is like playing Russian roulette with your life.

By taking the steps above, you can reverse chronic inflammation and other health-obliterating offenders ongoing and long-term.

BUT you truly also need to eliminate your chronic inflammation starting right NOW!

Skin is the first victim of aging and therefore needs special care to stay young and healthy for a longer while.

If you want to have a flawless glowing skin, getting into a proper skin care routine is needed. Your skin should be the first area to get the right attention.

Regular cleansing, toning and moisturizing are the three things you should perform twice a day. During the daytime, you should use a moisturizer that has at least SPF (Sun Protection Factor) 15.

Exfoliating your skin, which is the eliminating of dead skin cells, is another great way to attain a beautiful glowing skin. To avoid irritating your skin or to cause it to get dry, exfoliation should be done only once or twice a week.

You should also use homemade face mask for once a week, according to your skin type. Homemade facial mask can be prepared using a variety of ingredients. Here are some of the recipes that will give you the nice glowing skin you desire.

Avocado Facial Mask

Mash avocado well with a fork. When it becomes soft and spongy, mix it well with a tablespoon of honey. Wash your face with soap or cleansing cream. Apply it to your face and wash it off after 30 minutes. Honey will kill off the germs. The mask helps to rejuvenate the skin and make it healthy. It cleans the skin pores. It is also a very good remedy for acne. Homemade facial mask using avocado is ideally suited for dry skin.

Almond Facial Mask

Homemade almond facial mask helps to keep your skin healthy, smooth and glowing. It is suitable for protecting the skin from pollution, sun and chemicals. It is also a very good remedy for acne and blackheads.

Grind a handful of almonds in a food processor. Add water and make it into a paste. Apply the paste evenly on the skin after washing your face. Wash it off after 15 minutes and dry it with a soft towel.

Banana Facial Mask

Bananas contain magnesium and potassium. It helps remove the dead skin and make the skin glow. Mash a ripe banana well and mix it with a tablespoon of honey. After washing the face, apply the paste. Wash it off after 20 minutes. The home made facial mask using banana and honey also acts as a moisturizer.

Carrot Facial Mask

Carrots are antiseptic, and when you include them in a homemade facial mask recipe, they help tone and rejuvenate your skin.  Get 2 to 3 carrots, peel them and steam until soft. Mash the carrots into a creamy consistency. Then add in one tablespoon of raw organic honey (or manuka honey) to get a smooth consistency.

If you prefer a slightly different consistency, you can adjust the amount of honey to suit your preference. Wait until the paste has cooled sufficiently to apply on your skin, and then smooth it onto your face. Leave it in place for about 10 minutes to 15 minutes; rinse it off with warm water and pat your skin dry.

Cucumber Facial Mask

Using cucumbers on the skin is a great way to effectively treat problem areas without toxic conventional products. Cucumber is known to help reduce dark eye circles, reducing swelling around the eye, rejuvenate tired eyes and calm skin issues.

You take half a cucumber, cut into pieces and put them into the blender. Then you add in 2 tablespoons of oat flakes, juice of half a lemon and lastly one tablespoon of raw organic honey (or manuka honey). Blend until ingredients are integrated with each other, resulting in a homogenous mask.

You spread this paste on the areas that are affected by acne. Leave it there for 15-20 minutes before you rinse it off with lukewarm water. This mask works well against acne, helps to eliminate dead skin cells, nourishes and softens skin.

But, just be careful not to use it before sun exposure, given the presence of the lemon. The contact between sun light and treated skin from the lemon can cause spots on the skin. Therefore, it is best to use it at night.

Yogurt Facial Mask

Yogurt is an excellent source of protein, calcium and potassium and many more different vitamins and minerals that can help your skin both inside and out. You take half a cup of unflavored yogurt and mix it with 2 drops of lemon or orange juice. This mask works for oily skin.

If your skin is dry, you can further add in one tablespoon of honey.  You apply the mixture on your face and let it stay there for 10 to 15 minutes before you rinse it off with lukewarm water. Next you splash some cold water immediately to tighten pores.

The Wonders of Argan Oil as a Natural Skin Care Supplement

Argan oil is an oil and popular natural skin care supplement, valued for its cosmetic properties and medicinal uses. Among other things, Argan oil is used to moisturize the skin, fade wrinkles, fight acne, heal skin conditions, including eczema and psoriasis, strengthen finger nails and condition damaged hair

What is Argan oil and why is it the perfect natural skin care supplement to reduce wrinkles and fine lines? Why is Argan oil used for anti-aging and how it can help you to look years younger from head to toe?

Do you want to have youthful and healthy-looking skin without any side effects and more so without the need to go for those regular expensive Botox injections? If so, you should seriously consider Argan oil.

What is Argan Oil and why is it the perfect natural skin care supplement?

Argan oil is an extract of the Argan tree that once covered much of North Africa. Today the tree is endangered, and grows only in south western Morocco. Because each Argan tree can only produce one litre of oil, it is both rare and highly prized.

Argan oil consists of major biochemical components which are recognized for their health benefits.  It has been proven as being the most effective beauty oil on the market, for all facial, hair, nail and body care. Rich in vitamin E, it is especially recommended for dry or aging skins.

This oil has lots of useful properties for skin care. You can use Argan oil to treat split ends in your hair, fade stretch marks, strengthen finger nails, and reduce wrinkles and those fine lines from the sun.

It is natural antioxidant to reduce the effect of free radicals and also prevent the fragile soft tissues of the face. This oil includes all essential nutrients and fatty acids such as linoleic acid and utilized for cosmetic products and skin care from many years.

This oil provides lots of other advantages such as reduction in signs of early ageing. Argan oil stimulates the renewal of skin cell and also helps you to fight against the effects of aging cause by prolonged exposure under the sun, pollution, smoking and stress. It is also very beneficial in treating wrinkles on the face and body and helps you to soothe the skin soft.

It is also shown by some scientific studies that this oil is very effective in an increase in skin elasticity and tightens it with the daily use of this oil. It includes high content of vitamin E, which increases healthy skin and it is also very useful in treating eczema. Argan oil is therefore one of the most effective natural treatments for all types of skin problems.

This oil is very versatile and it can also be used for treating common skin problems like acne. Acne is one of the skin disorders, which is caused by the excess production of sebum (natural oil) in the sebaceous glands. Oils from the glands merge with the dead skin cells to clog hair follicles. Skin bacteria can then develop very speedily under such condition. Argan oil can stop the overproduction of sebum and lessen the occurrence of acne.

What does Argan Oil consist of?

A closer look at Argan oil reveals traces of:

Vitamin E (Tocopherol) – A powerful antioxidant, vitamin E reduces harmful free radicals and protects the skin from sun damage, chemicals and pollution. Vitamin E also improves the skin’s ability to retain and use water.

Essential Fatty Acids – They keep your cells healthy and your skin plump, with the ability to re-form after stretching.

Oleic and Linoleic Acid – They are essential for their anti-inflammatory properties and to help heal the skin.

Polyphenols – They offer protection from UV rays and aging from sun damage, polyphenols are anti-inflammatories and fight free radicals.

Squalene Oil – With similar functions to olive oil, squalene oil is a natural moisturizer, a powerful healer and is ideal for people with eczema and psoriasis.

Should you use Argan Oil?

If you are looking for a safe and effective natural skin care solution, you should be looking for Argan oil in its purest form.

Indeed, there are lots of those larger skin care brands that dilute Argan with additives and preservatives. So of these products even have more than 20 ingredients which will dilute the effectiveness of the product and reduce the good things that Argan can do.

If you have dry skin, sensitivities to common skin care products, frizzy hair, wrinkles or stretch marks, or a general interest in natural skin care, then yes, then you should use Argan oil.

Make sure you are getting pure Argan, undiluted with preservatives that degrade Argan oil and the magic it does. Your best bet is to purchase Argan oil in its pure form, from a major skin care name with minimal use of parabens and with discount packaging.

To that end, you might consider Skinception Cold Pressed Cosmetic Argan Oil, which offers the power of Argan oil with the comfort of the Skinception name with a proven track record, live customer support, discount pricing and a firm, money-back guarantee.

How to Look Younger in 4 Simple Ways

Click HERE To Find Out On How to Look Younger!

It has always been our eternal wish to always look younger no matter how old we are. For the purpose of looking younger, we can even go to extreme to do things like collagen injections Botox or even facelift surgery.

Surprising in the pursuit of achieving a younger looking skin, many people just overlook the fundamentals of healthy living which can have a greater impact on how fast we age.

Most of them are not aware that those expensive injections are usually not necessary, because all that is needed is a good anti-wrinkle cream that can offer the same benefit at a fraction of the cost.

Kollagen Intensiv is a leading anti-wrinkle cream from the Skinception line of skin products that help people to look younger and feel great about their skin.

What makes it so effective? A splendid blend of natural ingredients with proven anti-agers, including retinol, shea butter and SYN®-COLL!

Genes do play a role in the aging process

Some people tend to age faster than others and you can make things worse by indulging in unhealthy habits, which is a sure way to get wrinkles prematurely.

However our skin is resilient and a little tender loving care can work wonders at any age. At the foundation of every healthy, young-looking skin are two essential proteins that you need to take care of – collagen and elastin.

Collagen is a group of naturally produced proteins that can be found in the flesh and connective tissues of mammals. Collagen is main component of the connective tissue which helps the skin to maintain its firmness and suppleness. Collagen also promotes constant renewal of skin cells. Collagen is vital for skin elasticity.

Elastin is a protein in connective tissue that is elastic and allows many tissues in the body to resume their shape after stretching or contracting. Elastin helps skin to return to its original position when it is poked or pinched.

Now that we have established some basic knowledge about aging, let’s review four ways to look young. Under the main objective of your strategy to look younger at any age, Kollagen Intensiv can do remarkable things to reverse signs of aging and have people second-guessing your age.

Do Not Get Under the Sun for Too Long

You may not realize that it can be so easy to avoid have wrinkles prematurely. Do you know the leading cause of those lines you want to avoid? The Sun!

Don’t go sun bathing. During summer and in those places which have hot climates, you should avoid as much as possible to get under the sun between 10AM and 4PM.

If you can’t avoid this you can protect yourself by wearing a wide-brimmed hat. Slather on a broad spectrum sun screen with an SPF of at least 30 and preferably higher.

Those UV rays can penetrate your skin and damage elastin fibres underneath it. Just cut down the exposure from UV rays as much as you can.

This can be done by managing your time under the sun when its rays are most damaging. If you can do these things and you will definitely have fewer wrinkles. Do not get too exposed the sun. Got it?

Stop Smoking

You have heard of this so often – Smoking is bad for your health! Do you know that smoking can make you age faster and cause you to have more wrinkles than others who don’t smoke?

Smoking hastens the aging process by reducing blood flow to your face. Another reason that smokers generally have more wrinkles is that they tend to squint to keep smoke out of their eyes.

For the sake of your health and beauty, your insurance premiums, and your forehead, quit smoking.

Have a Skin-Friendly Diet

You may not realize this – you are what you eat. Your skin, just like any part of your body, needs nutrients. You need to have a diet that is rich in zinc, biotin, vitamins A, C and E. Some foods are better for your skin than others.

If you seriously want to avoid or reduce wrinkles so as to look younger, eat more of those skin-friendly foods. Try to have five to seven servings of fruits and vegetables each day. In particular, eat green, leafy vegetables, citrus fruits, carrots, almonds and oily fish.

Besides skin-friendly food there is one more basic necessity that you must have enough in order to plump the skin and minimize wrinkles, which is water. Do make an effort to drink between six to eight glasses of water a day, to hydrate your skin and flush out toxins.

Kollagen Intensiv

Your wrinkle prevention plan needs to be comprehensive enough to include the points we have covered in this article.

That said, you can’t turn back the clock. If you have skimped on sun screen until now or smoked like a chimney, you are wearing the results. It’s time for you to get serious and do something about it. Want to reverse wrinkles? Kollagen Intensiv.

In a recent clinical study, SYN®-COLL, can reduce the appearance of wrinkles by 354% and improve skin texture by 201%. Rooted in Swiss skin-care, SYN®-COLL stimulates collagen and elastin production and fades wrinkles.
