Want to get deep pain relief and take a permanent vacation… from your pain?

Right now, imagine lying back on the beach… soaking up bright rays of sun without a care in the world. You feel great… and for good reason.

Those wonderful rays of sunshine are warming you from the inside out. You feel energized yet relaxed as you absorb the soothing heat.

Aches and pains fade away like an old memory. Even dark clouds of worry and depression are chased away as the power of the sun takes over.

Wouldn’t you love to enjoy this vacation right now?

Well the good news is… YOU CAN!

How the Sun HEALS Your Pain and Allow You to Get Deep Pain Relief

Sunlight travels 93 million miles through cold outer space to reach our planet. Whether the sun appears bright in the sky or is shadowed by clouds, visible rays light up your side of the planet during the day. Other rays, unseen by the naked eye, accompany this visible sunlight.

You’ve heard of the very low wavelength ultraviolet rays like UVA, UVB, and UVC that can cause sunburn and skin cancer from overexposure.

But… it’s the completely safe, invisible rays of high wavelength energy on the opposite side of the visible spectrum of sunlight you need to know about…

These are the rays that provide the deep healing heat you feel right down to your bones on a bright sunny day… the rays of solar energy called “far infrared”.

Most sources of heat are ambient. This means they warm the air around you with heat that barely penetrates your skin. Or they burn your skin as you try to get warm by direct contact.

Far infrared is very different. The long wavelength of far infrared allows the energy to pass right through your skin – as much as 3 inches deep – and gently warms you from the inside out.

Aching muscles, creaking joints and hard-to-reach painful spots throughout your body get the full soothing effect of the heat. Pain that ordinary heat sources can’t touch is wiped away with mere minutes of exposure to far infrared.

And that’s just the start…

How to Switch Major Healing ON Fast

When you warm yourself with deep penetrating far infrared rays, it’s like “switching on” several major healing functions that may have been lying dormant inside of you.

First of all, far infrared expands your capillaries. Stagnant blood starts moving again. Crucial oxygen and nutrients are delivered throughout your body. And built up waste and toxins are carried away for removal.

Soon your muscles and joints start to relax. Muscle tension, joint pain and stiffness fade away. Gentle stretching after exposure to far infrared begins to enable greater flexibility and range of motion.

And in addition to its unsurpassed pain-fighting power, scientific studies show far infrared can even help you:

  1. FIGHT fatigue, pain and sleep problems

After several sessions of thermal treatment using far infrared, patients at The Masuda Clinic in Japan felt more energized

  1. Promote FASTER wound healing

Researchers at Kansai Medical University used far infrared treatments to see if it would heal skin wounds faster. It did!

  1. Keep your cells HEALTHY

German scientists in Munich conducted trials on over 2200 patients. They found far infrared effective for removing abnormal cell growth!

  1. Even LOSE WEIGHT

That’s right, as your core body temperature is raised by far infrared heat, your body burns off more calories as it works to keep your temperature equilibrium. It’s kind of like exercising… without the exercise!

Now Get Far Infrared Healing – Anytime, Anywhere!

As much as we’d love to hang out on the beach soaking up the sun all year long, that’s not always practical.

Unless you live in a southern state like California, Texas or Florida… or a country near the equator like Indonesia, Ecuador or Costa Rica… the sun’s rays simply aren’t powerful enough most of the year.

And even if you live in a warm climate, your pain won’t wait for the occasional storm clouds to roll away.

That’s why I’m excited to tell you how to harness the healing power of the sun – even if you’re stuck indoors in the middle of a blizzard – with your personal far infrared heating pad.

When you have your own far infrared heating pad, you’re only moments away from deep, soothing healing heat.

Pumpkin probably isn’t at the top of your list when you think about ingredients for facials, but it should be. Pumpkin makes an excellent face mask ingredient for all skin types, especially environmentally damaged or sensitive skin.

Pumpkin is filled to the brim with Vitamin A (skin healing), C (anti-oxidant), zinc, beta carotene, antioxidants and potassium. Pumpkin soothes, moisturizes and acts as a carrier, assisting the other mask ingredients to absorb deeper into the skin and intensifying the results.

Pumpkin naturally exfoliates, soothes irritation + redness, calms breakouts and makes the skin brighter. The molecular structure of pumpkin is small and therefore can penetrate deeper into the skin when used topically. This is amazing for treating a dull complexion, aging skin and pigmentation.

Following are easy recipes you can try at the comfort of your home for making a pumpkin face mask to keep your skin beautiful and glowing.

Egg Yolk Pumpkin Face Mask

To prepare this mask, you need 1 egg yolk and one quarter cup of freshly puree pumpkin. You mix both of them together to form a paste. You can apply this on your face and neck and let the mask stay on your skin for up to 15 minutes.

After this you rinse off with lukewarm water and follow by cold water to close up the skin pores. You wipe your face dry and put on some moisturizer.

This mask is good for sensitive skin. If you have dry skin, you can add in a tablespoon of raw organic honey (or manuka honey). For people with oily skin, add in a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.

Pumpkin contains lots of zinc and vitamins A and C, which helps to heal and protect the skin from free radicals, all while gently dissolving dead skin cells. The addition of egg helps bind this face mask together, while also nourishing and lifting the skin.

Milk Pumpkin Face Mask

To prepare this mask, you need one quarter cup of pureed pumpkin,

1 egg,1 tablespoon of raw organic honey (or manuka honey) and 1 tablespoon of milk.

You mix all the ingredients in a bowl to form a paste. You apply a layer of the mask all over your face, avoiding eyes + mouth.  The pumpkin mask goes on so much better if you apply with an art brush, but you could use a spoon in a pinch.

You let the mask stay on your skin for up to 15 minutes. After this you rinse off with lukewarm water and then with cold water to close up the skin pores so that your skin won’t get dry. You wipe your face dry and put on some moisturizer.

Oatmeal Pumpkin Face Mask

To prepare this mask, you will need 1 cup of canned or freshly pureed pumpkin, one quarter cup oatmeal (exfoliating), 2 tablespoons almond milk, 1 tablespoon raw organic honey (or manuka honey) and half teaspoon cinnamon.

You mix all the ingredients together in a medium size bowl until well blended. Apply generously to clean skin with fingertips or a small make-up brush, avoiding the eye area and let the mask sit for 10-15 minutes.

When the 15 minutes are up, wipe your face clean with a warm damp washcloth and enjoy soft, glowing skin.

You can use this mask for 2 to 3 times a week to heal summer sun damage and keep your skin exfoliated and hydrated throughout these cold, dry months.

Papaya Pumpkin Face Mask

To prepare this mask, you will need 1 cup of pumpkin puree, 1 beaten egg and 1 papaya. First you peel, remove the seeds of the papaya and then you mash it using your fork. Then you add the mashed papaya into the pumpkin-egg mixture. For extra smoothness, put mixture into a blender or food processor until a creamy paste forms.

You can now apply the mixture onto the clean skin of face and neck, leaving on for 20 minutes. Rinse off mask using lukewarm water and then with cold water in order to close up the skin pores. Dry your face with a wash cloth and apply some moisturizer.
Yogurt Pumpkin Face Mask

To prepare this mask, you will need 1 cup of pureed, cooked fresh or canned pumpkin, 2 tablespoons freshunflavored yogurt, 1 tablespoon of raw organichoney (or manuka honey), one third cup ofground almonds and one teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.

You mix all the ingredients together in a bowl to form a paste. You can apply this mixture on your face and neck, but stay clear away from your eyes and lips.

You let the mask stay on your skin for up to 15 minutes. After this you rinse off with lukewarm water and then with cold water to close up the skin pores. You wipe your face dry and put on some moisturizer.

How to Use Papaya for Skin Care?

How to Use Papaya for Skin Care? Want to know how to use papaya for skin care? Here are some useful home remedies skin care methods that use papaya as the base ingredient.
Click HERE to discover the secrets of glowing skin

The cosmetic market is booming with a myriad of different beauty products which are filling shelves and making their way into the homes of millions of people all over the world. Still, home remedies and natural skin care methods have found their place in the homes of many beauty conscious people because these home remedies are natural and free of side effects, and because they are cheaper to produce compared to similar products consumers can purchase from boutiques.

One of the best ways to have a positive impact on the skin’s health is to eat a natural and vitamin rich diet. Our environment also plays a vital part in determining the quality of our skin. Today, I am going to share with you some useful home remedies skin care methods that use papaya as the base ingredient.

You may wonder why use papaya for skin care? Well, because papaya contains enzymes called Papain that lightens the skin and blemishes. Papain promotes skin renewal and cell turnover. This helps in exfoliating the skin to reveal newer cells. It also has Vitamin A and E that will prevent wrinkles, tighten the pores and make your skin soft and looking young.

As a result, papaya has become known as a leading ingredient in skin whitening products. To maximize the benefits of papaya for skin care, you can prepare a facial mask and/or a body scrub using papaya to exfoliate as well as to moisturize your skin.

Papaya can be used as facial scrub or face mask to cure acne, tan on the face, aging skin etc. Papaya face mask helps to exfoliate the skin and remove its blemishes because papaya contains an enzyme called papain. Papain is an ingredient of many skin lotions based on papaya.

Papaya is also very good treatment for sunburn and blemishes. Papaya face mask helps to moisturize the skin. It reduces the signs of premature aging. The fruit has restorative properties which gives the skin a soft and glowing look. Papaya face mask is useful for dry, oily and normal skin.

When you have a lot of swelling or redness on your face from blemishes, try using a papaya mask. This ingredient helps to control the irritation on your face and create a soothing sensation that is great for acne prone skin. Do this once every week at night to maximize the effectiveness of the solution.

Acne home treatment can be very effective and work as good or even better, than acne products you have to pay for. The key here is persistence. Don’t expect your acne to disappear from one application of a papaya mask. Homemade treatments usually take about a week to work. But they are safe, natural and don’t cost you much.

To prepare a papaya face mask for dry skin, you mash a small section of papaya, mix it with one teaspoon of milk cream, apply on face for 15-20 minutes, then wash off. This is effective for dry skin.

Oily skin types should not rinse with milk as it adds moisture to the skin. In this case, you can make a paste of papaya pulp and add 4 teaspoons of cosmetic clay, 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel into it. Apply the papaya face mask on cleaned face and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water.

To prepare a papaya mask for acne and oily skin, you mash 2 slices of papaya and add a teaspoon of honey to it. Apply liberally all over your face. Let it dry and wash with plain water. If you want to skip honey, just mash papaya and apply. This will work too if you have oily skin.

To cure anti-aging skin, make a papaya face mask with mashed papaya, 2 tablespoons Manuka honey and ¼ cup rice flour. Apply this mask and keep it for 15-20 minutes and apply 3 times a week to get a tight skin.

To prepare a papaya face mask to brighten the skin complexion and cure tan, you can make a paste of papaya pulp and add 1-2 teaspoons each of yogurt, lemon juice, and honey and egg white into it. Mix all ingredients and make a thick paste which can be applied on the face. Apply this naturally made papaya facial mask on a clean face and leave it for 15 minutes. Wash it with lukewarm water.

Yogurt has natural cooling and refreshing qualities, and it can also be combined with other natural remedies and skin care products to promote healthy skin. Yogurt can be added to a number of other healing ingredients such as potato skin, rose water, papaya, fruit scrub, mint gel, zinc oxide or titanium dioxide.

An exfoliating papaya body scrub can be made by 1st cutting the papaya in half, and remove the seeds. Scoop out the papaya pulp and transfer to a medium bowl. Mash the fruit well with a fork until there are no lumps. Next you add 4-6 tablespoons of cornmeal (or ½ cup of white or brown sugar) and 3 tablespoons of milk (or coconut milk). You mix all the ingredients together to form a paste.

When you are in the shower, you scrub mixture over entire body in a gentle circular motion for 2-3 minutes. Leave it on for about 10-20 minutes, and rinse off with warm water. Dry your skin dry gently with a soft towel. Moisturize with your favorite body lotion.

You can also try this papaya body scrub which leaves the skin amazingly smooth and nourished. We do get a variety of body scrubs in the market, but this scrub made with ¼ cup of powdered oats, ¼ cup of mashed papaya and 1 tablespoon olive oil can be used by people with very sensitive skin too.

This papaya oats scrub can be used as a face pack too. If you are using it as a face pack, grind the oats very finely into a powder. To use it as a body scrub, the oats can be ground a bit coarsely. Then add the papaya and extra virgin olive oil and grind everything together, till it mixes into a homogeneous mixture.

Oats are slightly rough and they tend to act as super exfoliants.  Oats make your skin super smooth and silky. Oats help in deeply moisturizing your skin and helps fight against premature ageing.  They soothe mild burns or any type of dryness and itching.

I always love to use extra virgin olive oil because I think cold pressed oils retain the maximum nutrients. To use it as a body scrub, just scoop out a big tablespoon of the ground mixture and scrub it all over the body and wash it off. Because we use olive oil, the skin feels smooth after the scrub. To use it as a pack, apply it over the face, wait for it to dry. Once dry, wash it off. People with oily skin can skip the olive oil.

The benefits of papaya for skin care are endless. So, use papaya on your face and body and see the change in your complexion after few weeks. As it is a natural skin care remedy, the result will not be immediate but if used properly, the results will be permanent.
