Bad breath is often caused by gum disease, also known as periodontal disease. In gum disease, the tissues that surround the teeth become infected.

 

Gum disease occurs just below the gum line by causing the inflammation and breakdown of the tooth’s attachment site and its supporting tissues. Although gum disease is a chief cause of bad breath, it is generally treatable by an oral-healthcare professional.

There are two forms of gum disease. Gingivitis is a form of gum disease that affects only the gums, the soft tissue surrounding your teeth. Periodontitis is the more severe form of gum disease. In periodontitis, infection spreads to below the gums to damage other types of surrounding tissue and the bones that support the teeth.

First, there are few important facts you need to remember. Please don’t swallow this oil during any part of the oil swishing as it contains the toxins you are pulling from your body. If you feel you are getting an urge to swallow, just spit and start over.

 

After a few times, you will start doing it without even thinking about it. 20 minutes will pass fast as you can do other things while doing it (I’ve learned to check my emails or clean around the house and the 20 min passes by quickly).

 

After 20 minutes of oil swishing, spit the oil out and gargle your mouth thoroughly with warm salt water. Do not use oil swishing if you have any Amalgam Fillings (Sliver/Mercury Fillings as it tends to pull it out and it is very risky as you can swallow it.) In the morning before breakfast on an empty stomach you take one tablespoon in the mouth but do not swallow it. All you have to do is buy good quality organic cold pressed sesame or coconut oil and take a tablespoon of it and swish it in your mouth on an empty stomach before breakfast (be careful not to swallow) move the oil slowly in your mouth and suck it through your teeth for 5, 10, 15 or 20 min.

Oil swishing activates the enzymes and these enzymes draw out toxins from the blood, I repeat be very careful not to swallow this oil as by now it must have drawn enough toxins, bacteria and viruses out of your system, as you continue the oil gets thinner and whiter mixing with your saliva.

 

If it is still yellow it means you have not pulled it long enough, please continue with the pulling some more. When you are done, spit the oil out, the oral cavity must be thoroughly rinsed and mouth must be washed thoroughly a few times. Just use normal tap water or any mouth wash.
