(1)   Perform Breast Enhancement Exercises

Lie on the floor and bend your knees so that they are pointing upward. Stretch your arms out to your side with a weight securely positioned in each hand. Gently bring your arms together as if you were hugging a large tree. In peak position, your weights should be almost touching and your palms should be facing each other. Contract your chest muscles in this peak movement and hold for a few seconds. Gently return to the starting position. Perform three sets of 10 to 12 repetitions.

The door push-up exercise works the pectoral muscles from a vertical standpoint. You can also use the wall if your doorways are too wide. Stand two feet from an open doorway, and place your hands at shoulder height level on the door trim. Your arms will be fully extended. Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Bend your arms at your elbows and use your toes to lean forward toward the doorway until your chest is in or right in front of the doorway’s opening. Push yourself into the starting position. Initially, repeat the exercise five to 10 times. Increase this number as you build tolerance, aiming for three sets of 10 to 25 repetitions.

Side swerves is a simple exercise that has to be done by sitting in a straight position. Sit straight on a chair and keep your hands on your hips. You keep the spine straight, then turn to the left as much as possible and stay in this position for a few seconds. Come back to normal and repeat it for the right side also. This exercise is very effective for toning the underarms and sides of the breasts.

To do the kneeling dip exercise you have to kneel on the floor and keep your knees apart. Then lower your head in such a way that it comes in between your thighs. Do it without experiencing any strain, at the same time the effect should be felt on the breasts too. This exercise is very effective for developing the front organs and the areas around the nipples and areolas.

Besides performing these exercises, if possible, you should swim regularly. This is because swimming can help to work the pectoral muscles of the body and make your breasts look naturally bigger without surgery or pills.

(2)   Perform Breast Enhancement Massage

Massaging is also considered to be one of the most effective breast enlargement exercises. Many girls swear that massaging one’s breasts frequently will also enable them to grow a little bit bigger. Therefore you should cultivate the habit to massage your breasts. Massaging the breasts on a regular basis can serve a double purpose. Some spices such as ginger, cloves, sage, oregano, thyme, peppers, turmeric, liquorice (or licorice), fennel and red clovers are also known to have estrogenic compounds which can help to increase the size of the breast tissues.

Some fruits and vegetables also contain high amounts of estrogen and fiber which are essential in increasing the breast size. Many fruits and vegetables are also high in antioxidants, which may help to alleviate stress to the body that occurs with aging. Some of the recommended items from this category include red cabbage, brussel sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, beets, cucumber, eggplants, olives, potatoes, rhubarb, pumpkins, tomatoes, carrots, cauliflower, celery and broccoli; apples, pears, papayas, cherries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, dried apricots, dried prunes, peaches, dates, plums, and pomegranates.

(4)   Correct Usage of Bra

Loosen the bra at night. Avoid constraining your breasts for long periods of time. Going bra-less at night can give your breasts the freedom to grow naturally while also feeling more comfortable. Wear a sports bra during your workout activities. To avoid your breasts from sagging and looking deflated, keep a sports bra on when you are physically active. This type of bra can keep your breasts fuller and perkier looking.
