After you have become more accustomed to Jelqing, you will not have this issue.


For some other guys, they may see some larger red or purple spots. When this happens, you take one to two day off from the exercise to allow these spots to go off. These spots are bruises from the exercise, but not necessarily due to your training being too strenuous. Not to worry because this will heal quickly. You may experience this only during the beginning.


Though this is optional, it can prevent mid-shaft discoloration if you also wrap a warmed soaked cloth around your penis after each session for one to two minutes.


How to do Jelqing


To do this exercise, you form a ring around the base of your penis using the thumb and forefinger. After you have your hand positioned and your penis grasped, stroke towards the tip of the penis and stop and release. This will be counted as one repetition. With the end of each stroke, you do the same action using the other hand. Alternate each hand as you stroke.


You can also try a slight variation of this Jelqing technique. You will grasp the semi-erect penis with one hand. Squeeze and pull the penis for five seconds then release (counted as one repetition), instead of stroking it. This method is a bit slower and may take some practice to grip and loosen, rather than using a milking or sliding motion.

      I have made many attempts to set up this kind of site.
