Foreskin restoration is a logical process of returning the penis to as close to its original condition as possible through surgical or non-surgical methods. The aim is to expand or restore the foreskin, which may have been removed by circumcision with new tissue. You may wonder why a man would make the effort to restore something that was so easily and quickly removed from his penis.



While the majority of circumcised men are unconscious of, or deny any negative feelings about circumcision, a significant number are aware of their feeling of loss, resentment and betrayal by parents and anger over this violation of their bodies.  This has given rise to the formation of groups to promote foreskin restoration. Why Is There The Need To Restore Foreskin?



By having the foreskin restored, a guy will be able to regain much of the sensitivity and protection he has lost. This will lower his chance of injury and makes sex much more intense for him and his partner. Men who have not been circumcised receive much more pleasure during sex because the nerves at the head of the penis are kept in a moist and natural state. The foreskin also massages the head of the penis during sexual activity, which is an incredible feeling that is truly unmatched.



How Is Foreskin Restoration Done?



The good news is that foreskin restoration without surgery is possible. For a circumcised male, he can approximate the look and feel of an original foreskin through restoration. Though a guy can never truly get back what was taken away when he was young, this is still preferable to the circumcised state. The most commonly used method is the non-surgical stretching of the shaft skin. This is done by using simple exercise to create a new “hood” of skin that covers some or all of your penis head for the first time ever.



Here is how to do the foreskin restoration exercise:



(1)   You will gently massage your penis to get a full erection.


(2)   Next you will do 30 – 50 PC contractions in order to get your penis filled with blood – you need to keep your penis as erect as possible.


(3)   You will use your thumb and forefinger to form a ring firmly at the base of the penis. Then you slide this ‘ring’ up the shaft while keeping contact with the same area of skin. (Do not move your hand over the skin). At the moment you feel the skin really start stretching.  You will hold this position for a count of 10 seconds or until your erection starts to subside, whichever comes first.


(4)   You repeat what you have done in steps 1 to 3 and do this exercise for 5 – 10 minutes per day. On the last 5 stretches of the day, you increase the stretch gradually each time so by the last stretch, you are pulling the skin toward your head as hard as you can without feeling pain.

Once you have gotten into the habit of performing this exercise every day, you should begin to see your new foreskin developing after a couple of weeks you should already begin to see your new foreskin developing.
