Anabolic steroids are often used by athletes and bodybuilders to build up their stamina. High consumption of them can shrink the testicles and sap their ability to make testosterone. Smoking can restrict blood flow to the genitals and in the long run can cause erection problem.

 

(7)   Avoid risky sex behaviors
