Foreskin restoration is a logical process of returning the penis to as close to its original condition as possible through surgical or non-surgical methods. The aim is to expand or restore the foreskin, which may have been removed by circumcision with new tissue. You may wonder why a man would make the effort to restore something that was so easily and quickly removed from his penis.

While the majority of circumcised men are unconscious of, or deny any negative feelings about circumcision, a significant number are aware of their feeling of loss, resentment and betrayal by parents and anger over this violation of their bodies.  This has given rise to the formation of groups to promote foreskin restoration. The most prominence of which is the National Organization of Restoring Men (NORM) founded in San Francisco in 1989.

So, that leads us to an interesting set of questions. First, why restore the foreskin and second, is it possible to restore your foreskin (without surgery!)?

Why Is There The Need To Restore Foreskin?

By having the foreskin restored, a guy will be able to regain much of the sensitivity and protection he has lost. This will lower his chance of injury and makes sex much more intense for him and his partner. Men who have not been circumcised receive much more pleasure during sex because the nerves at the head of the penis are kept in a moist and natural state. The foreskin also massages the head of the penis during sexual activity, which is an incredible feeling that is truly unmatched.

How Is Foreskin Restoration Done?

The good news is that foreskin restoration without surgery is possible. For a circumcised male, he can approximate the look and feel of an original foreskin through restoration. Though a guy can never truly get back what was taken away when he was young, this is still preferable to the circumcised state. The most commonly used method is the non-surgical stretching of the shaft skin. This is done by using simple exercise to create a new “hood” of skin that covers some or all of your penis head for the first time ever.

Here is how to do the foreskin restoration exercise:

(1)   You will gently massage your penis to get a full erection.

(2)   Next you will do 30 – 50 PC contractions in order to get your penis filled with blood – you need to keep your penis as erect as possible.

(3)   You will use your thumb and forefinger to form a ring firmly at the base of the penis. Then you slide this ‘ring’ up the shaft while keeping contact with the same area of skin. (Do not move your hand over the skin). At the moment you feel the skin really start stretching.  You will hold this position for a count of 10 seconds or until your erection starts to subside, whichever comes first.

(4)   You repeat what you have done in steps 1 to 3 and do this exercise for 5 – 10 minutes per day. On the last 5 stretches of the day, you increase the stretch gradually each time so by the last stretch, you are pulling the skin toward your head as hard as you can without feeling pain.

Does Circumcision Increase The Risk Of Erection Problems?

Could circumcision be having any significant impact on how to maintain an erection?

Circumcision is a very emotionally charged topic with some people feeling that this is unethical and should be outlawed. On the other hand, some are of the view that circumcision can help to lower the risks of contracting sexually transmitted diseases. Yet, till now, there are no national health authorities recommending that their citizens should practice circumcision.

According to some research studies, circumcision does indeed cause erectile dysfunction. The main reason cited in these studies is that the foreskin which protects the head of the penis has several kinds of specialized nerves that play an important role in sexual pleasure and sensitivity.

Without the foreskin to protect the glans (head of the penis), the surface of the glans will thicken due to its constant rubbing against the fabrics. As time goes on, this constant brushing against the fabrics can reduce the sensitivity of the glans to stimulation thus giving rise to problems in achieving erection.

Yet on the other hand, there are some people who claim that circumcision can never cause erection problems; though masturbation without a foreskin is quite different in the sense that some lubrication may be needed. They are of the view that the tip of the penis is still the most sensitive part and this will remain so, with or without foreskin.

What is my view?

Though I do not have a strong religious faith, I am of the view that there is a sort of a Creator up there and everything exists for a reason. Therefore we should not try to interfere too much with the way Nature sorts things out.

Following this logic, I am of the view that there must be some good reasons for the foreskin to exist. If not, the foreskin could have just degenerated or withered off long time ago. The view about the surface of the glans (head of the penis) being thicker due to constant rubbing against fabrics and leading to some decrease in sensation makes a lot of common sense to me. So, I do believe that there is still a possibility that this can lead to impotence or difficulty in getting an erection.

How to increase sensitivity of the penis?

(1)   Stroking and tickling

What I mean here is not masturbation. The purpose of doing this is to gradually restore the penile sensitivity. Instead of masturbating and having sex in the same way you usually do, you can try to stroke your penis gently and using feathers or soft brush to tickle, contact the glans. For a start, you can do this for five to ten minutes and gradually increase the time you do it. You will be pleasantly surprised how much the sensitivity of your penis has improved after a few months.

(2)   Touching your other erogenous areas

Rather than focusing on your penis, it will be better to touch other erogenous parts of your body. You will have to find out for yourself which other parts of your body are sensitive to touch. You can use your hands to feel for yourself, or you can use a vibrator or a massager to do it.

Commonly-known male erogenous zones (besides the penis) are the feet, ears, the back of the knees, the area of the abdomen between the navel and pelvis, the inner thighs, back of the neck, nipples, the area between scrotum (penis balls) and anus, the anus, and the inside part of the arms. Just make sure you touch your erogenous zones consistently.

(3)   Wear looser type of underwear that is made of soft materials

To reduce the friction between the glans (penis head) and the fabrics, you should change the type of underwear you are wearing. Get those looser ones that are made of soft materials such as cotton, rayon, silk-feel nylons.

(4)   Applying moisturizer on the glans

The main reason for the decrease in sensitivity of the penis is due to constant rubbing of the glans against the fabrics which causes its surface to become dry and thicken. In order to restore the penile sensitivity, you will have to regain the glans’ moisture and PH balance. A recommended way to achieve this is to use a moisturizing product, twice a day in the morning and evening, which is rich in essential natural vitamins, nutrients and amino acids.

(5)   Using a penis pump

A penis pump is a vacuum erection device consisting of a hollow tube with a hand-powered or battery-powered pump. It is used to achieve and maintain an erection that lasts long enough for sex.

To use this pump, the tube is placed over the penis and air is pumped out of the tube. Once you get an erection, you slip a cock ring around the base of the penis (behind the testicles) to keep blood from flowing out of this area so as to maintain the erection. After this, you will remove the tube. You have to be careful not to wear the cock ring for more than twenty minutes.

Can Circumcision Cure Premature Ejaculation?

You want your girl to have the best sex. You want her to experience intense orgasm. You can last long with hand job but when it comes to actual intercourse, you ejaculate under a minute. You find this so frustrating and embarrassing. You want to consider circumcision because you think the problem is due to your too sensitive foreskin which prevents you from lasting longer in bed? Is it true that circumcision can reduce or cure premature ejaculation?

It is true that an uncut penis is often more sensitive than that of a circumcised penis. The main reason is that as the glans, or the head of a circumcised penis gets used to constant rubbing against the fabrics, without the protection of the foreskin, it will become less sensitive to sexual stimulation. Due to this reason, a circumcised male is likely to take a longer time to ejaculate. To a certain extent, this happens to accidentally cure premature ejaculation.

However, there is still no convincing evidence to suggest that circumcision can make a significant difference to the time it takes for a man to ejaculate. A research done by the Journal of Sexual Medicine indicates that rates of premature ejaculation in the US (where over 70% of the males are circumcised) are similar to other parts of the world where circumcision rates are significantly lower. Though circumcision can to a certain extent reduce sensitivity (because a lot of nerve endings are removed with the foreskin), however it does not necessarily increase the time a guy takes to ejaculate.

How To Reduce Or Cure Premature Ejaculation?

(1)   Choose sex positions to help you last longer

(a)   The woman-on-top position

You will lie down on the bed and she will sit on top of you. She can either face you or her back towards you. When she is on top, you can ask her to slow down to avoid stimulating you too much.

Instead of lying on your back, you can sit face-to-face with your partner sitting on your laps. She will adjust her lower body to facilitate penetration. This position improves intimacy with your partner because you can kiss her, rub her back and suck or fondle her breasts.

For a change, you can also sit with her back facing you so that you can fondle her breasts while you penetrate her.

(b)   The side-by-side position

Both of you will lie on your side facing each other. She will lift up her leg to facilitate penetration. In this position, penetration will tend to be shallower, increasing the likelihood of better clitoral stimulation. With shallower thrusting, the sensation will not become too overwhelming for you.

(2)   Focus on her pleasure

In my opinion, the best way to cope with premature ejaculation is not to think about how long you should last inside her. Instead you divert your attention to her. You focus on pleasuring her. You make sure she orgasms first before you ejaculate. For most women, the easiest and most effective way to make her orgasm is to stimulate her clitoris.

You can do this by using your hands to masturbate her. Since most women love oral sex, you can use your tongue to lick her clitoris. If your hand or tongue gets tired before she orgasms, you can continue to stimulate her by using a vibrator plus other fun aids.

These are just two of the many ways you can do to delay your ejaculation. For more ways to control premature ejaculation, read on more from Long Sex and/or Prolonged Pleasure.

What are the effects of circumcision on your sex life? Does foreskin matter when it comes to sex?

Video Clip about a Highly-Respected Jewish Doctor’s (Dr. Dean Edell) View on Circumcision

The function of foreskin

To answer the above questions, first, we need to know what role the foreskin plays in your sex life.

The foreskin acts as a shield for the sensitive glans (head) of the penis. It keeps the glans moist and prevents it from brushing against your underwear. Frequent rubbing of the glans against fabrics can gradually cut down the sensitivity of the glans. This can also cause the skin over the glans to get thicker and drier and less sensitive.

The foreskin is an area rich with nerve endings and is very responsive to stimulation. Inner foreskin and frenulum (an elastic band of tissue under the glans that connects to the foreskin) are the most sensitive areas of the foreskin.

During intercourse and masturbation, the foreskin slides along the head of the penis. This sliding motion stimulates both the foreskin and the head of the penis. Also the existence of natural lubricants on the foreskin means there is no need to use any lubricants for sexual intercourse and masturbation. Actually, this can cut down the possibility of painful intercourse for the female partner.

It is widely believed that painful intercourse is due to the lack of lubrication from the female partner. But it can also be due to the lack of natural lubrication as a result of the removal of the foreskin. To compensate for the decreased sensitivity, there is a tendency to thrust vigorously, which is another reason for dyspareunia (painful intercourse).

The foreskin cuts down the friction between the penis head and vaginal wall. Without the foreskin, there will be a lot of constant direct rubbing of the head against the mucous membrane on the vaginal wall. This also explains the pain and the tendency towards dryness that some women experience when having sex with a circumcised male.

How to have greater mutual sexual pleasure for a circumcised male

(1)   Choose the best sex positions that are mutually pleasuring

(a)    The woman-on-top position is a good choice because it allows a woman to adjust the speed and depth of penetration. To make this position more pleasurable, she can move her lower body up and down instead of the normal back and forward motion. She can alternate between deep and shallow thrust to both stimulate the clitoris and the g-spot. When she leans backward and rests her hands on your legs, the sensation will spread to her clitoris and at the same time her lower part of the body will be opened up for you to fondle.

(b)   Another position to consider is the side-to-side position. Both of you will face with each other, with the female partner raising one of her legs up to facilitate penetration. This position will prevent vigorous thrusting. The female partner can choose to rest her leg over your body to offer greater stimulation of the inner vaginal walls. She can also choose to keep her leg raised to offer you a bigger range of motion which can help her to get intense clitoral stimulation.

(c)    The modified doggie position with the female partner resting her arms flat on the bed with a pillow under her belly. She can arch her back upper or lower to control the depth of penetration. This is the perfect position to hit her g-spot. You can use a circular motion to offer more stimulation to the highly sensitive parts near to the vaginal opening.

(d)   The modified missionary with support where she positions her buttocks near to the edge of the bed. You will put one or two pillows or a wedge under her pelvis region. After you enter her in a standing position, you bring her legs together to create this tightness feeling on the penis for greater sexual pleasure. This position offers both stimulation to the clitoris (during shallow thrust) and the g-spot (during deep thrust). This position is also great for guys with premature ejaculation problems. When you stand, part of the blood flow to the penis will be diverted to your legs which will prevent extra sensitivity.

(e)    The penetration in kneeling position is quite similar to the above position with only two differences. Her buttocks will not be near to the edge of the bed and you will enter her in a kneeling position. You will still put one or two pillow or a wedge under her pelvic region and hold her legs together.

(2)   Use lubricants

The best is to use water-based lubricant which can be applicable to all situations. Oil- and petroleum-based lubricants are not suitable if you use condom. Before you enter her, apply some lubricant on your palm and rub your hands together to warm it up. Then spread it over the tip of the penis and down to the shaft before you enter her.

Vaginal Orgasm Versus Clitoral Orgasm

Click Here For More Ideas To Give Her Greater Sexual Pleasure

There has been a lot of confusion surrounding women and sex. So let’s clear up some of these misunderstandings.

(1)   Women need to have orgasm to get sexual satisfaction

Many women feel good with or without an orgasm. Although it is preferable to have an orgasm, many women can still feel physically and emotionally satisfied even when they do not have one, as long as there is sexual intimacy. Some women even prefer kissing, hugging and caressing to actual sex and orgasm.

(2)   Vaginal orgasms are more enjoyable than clitoral orgasms

The one most significant truth about women and sex is every woman is different. Some enjoy the sensation of a clitoral orgasm, while others prefer the intensity of vaginal orgasm. The probable reason that vaginal orgasms are deemed to be better than clitoral orgasms is because very few women (about 30%) experience vaginal orgasm. One erogenous zone is not necessary better than the other one. It is only a matter of individual preference.

(3)   Women desire a G-spot orgasm

The fact is some women find stimulation of the G-spot irritating. If the G-spot is stimulated correctly, it can make some women get uneasy because they feel like wanting to urinate immediately. As said before, how a woman likes to be stimulated is purely an individual preference.

(4)   Women cannot ejaculate

Women can definitely ejaculate (also known as squirting). Women ejaculate through the urethra, just like men. Female ejaculate contains the same substance male ejaculate contains. Not all women can and will experience ejaculation and those who do is usually as a result of direct stimulation of the G-spot.

(5)   Men need to have good sexual skill to give women an orgasm

Actually the most important skill a man needs to have is the ability to pay attention, to listen and observe her body ‘signals’ and to give her what she wants. Whether a woman can have orgasm is also dependent on her state of mind. Like men, some women have performance anxiety problems which can prevent them to have orgasms regardless of how skillful their men can be.

(6)   Circumcision can reduce the chances for her to get orgasm

While some men experience a lack or decrease in sensitivity during sex after circumcision, there is so far no evidence to show the connection between circumcision and a woman’s chance to get orgasm. In fact some women do not feel any difference between men who have and do not have circumcision.

(7)   Condoms lower the chance for her to experience orgasm

A lot of men are of the view that condoms cut down sensitivity during sex and make it difficult to give their women an orgasm. In general, the condom does not affect the ability of women to have orgasm, especially so for clitoral orgasm.

(8)   The bigger the size of male sexual organ, the higher the chance of orgasm

While only a few women care about size most women don’t. How she can achieve orgasm is very much dependent on her state of mind and a man’s ability to observe and understand what can turn her on.

(9)   A woman is not aroused if she does not get wet

Sexual physical changes happen when a woman is aroused: her heart beats faster, her blood pressure goes up, her skin flushes up, her nipples become erect and her sexual areas become swollen. Some women can get wet more than others and this alone is not enough to indicate a higher degree of sexual pleasure.

(10)  A woman will not get pregnant when having sex during menstruation

Normally during a woman’s menstruation period, the chance of getting pregnant is almost nil because there is no egg to be fertilized. However, the egg can live up to 3 days and sperm for up to 7 days. If a woman’s menses are not regular, there is a chance that the egg gets fertilized and she gets pregnant.
