How to Stay Young, Healthy and Good Looking

What is cellulite and how to treat cellulite effectively?

How to treat cellulite? This is a question as old as cellulite itself. It is a question that a lot of women and men want to know the answer to. Read on to find out more about this topic and the things you can do to get rid of cellulite permanently

This is a question as old as cellulite itself. Most women carry excess fats in thighs and buttocks, but cellulite is not confined to the overweight. Many women, and some men, feel that their cellulite is a direct result of some action or in-action on their part but is this really the case?

I will attempt to explain what cellulite is, how it occurs and in the process hopefully alleviate some of the guilt a few of you may be feeling. So what is cellulite?

It is a change in the skin that occurs in most females and appears as dimpling or a ‘cottage cheese’ look in areas generally from the stomach down. The look of the skin is altered due to structural changes occurring under the surface, namely fat deposits collecting there.

As the collection of fats push against the connective tissue, it tends to cause the surface of the skin to dimple or pucker and visually look lumpy – giving you what is referred to as “cellulite”.

How to treat cellulite? It is a question that a lot of women and men want to know the answer to.  There are many gyms, weight loss experts and therapists who claim to have the wonder diet to get rid of cellulite in the body. No matter what they claim, one must remember that cellulite cannot go away overnight.

You also cannot treat cellulite by just rubbing an odd gel, weird lotion or cream on your troubled zones and problem spots. Despite the fact that there are dozens of supposed cellulite reduction creams on the market, there is no possible way for any of them, no matter how expensive they are, can get rid of your cellulite.

There are also some rather expensive as well as risky cellulite treatments such as mesotherapy, lipodissolve, liposuction, laser therapy, and a combination of deep tissue massage and the use of a machine called endermologie (a device fitted with rollers that roll over the cellulite and breaks it up.

Oddly enough, almost all of these methods that are used to treat cellulite, even laser therapy, utilize cellulite cream in conjunction with the treatment. Also, something you have to consider is despite the high price tag, the above methods are not permanent, which mean they are not effective at all!

Take for instance, the use of the endermologie and massage undertaken by a spa therapist or masseuse. Though it does work to get rid of some of the appearance of cellulite, however, this is due to the fact that the skin is plumped up by the process.

Sad to say, the effects of this treatment is temporary. Due to this reason, you have to go for 14-28 initial 45-minute sessions, followed by monthly maintenance treatments.

Depending on the practitioner and your location, each session can cost from USD75 and even up to USD350 or more. This can only reduce your bank account without reducing your cellulite problems.

It seems that cellulite has come to stay. It can be gotten rid of completely and permanently too with the right diet to fight cellulite coupled by the right amount of exercise in the right quantity.

A permanent cellulite cure should involve a well-rounded plan to control cellulite and it causes. Your cellulite treatment plan needs to include some changes in your daily routine or lifestyle which can have a very positive impact on your outward appearance, your emotions, your emotions, how you view the world and how the world perceives you.

What Causes Cellulite and How To Get Rid Of It?

It is not really quite understood what causes cellulite. The factors that can cause cellulite can be due to a number of things such as genetics, hormones, specific types of food, lack of appropriate types of exercise, and others. They are all related, and generally focus around hormonal influences.

Learning what causes cellulite is the important first step in the understanding how to get rid of it. There are many different theories on what causes cellulite. When you do a search on the net about what causes cellulite and you will come across all sorts of rumors and old wives tales.

Some of the most common so-called causes of cellulite are poor circulation, water retention, special types of fat, and the like. There is a whole market of cellulite treatment products designed to combat these causes, despite that fact that they are generally incorrect.

In reality, cellulite can be caused by any number of things. The vast majority of cellulite products out there do nothing to reduce cellulite and are designed to simply cover up the symptoms. In order to get rid of cellulite, you need to eliminate the root causes. The root causes, however, are not what most people think.

What exactly is cellulite anyway? It is not some special type of fat, excess water storage, poor circulation, or any of those things. It is actually just a fancy name for collections of fat that push up against the connective tissue beneath your skin.

This causes the surface of your skin to dimple or pucker. This condition is sometimes called Orange Peel Syndrome because it resembles the skin of an orange peel. It is most common on the hips, thighs, and butt of women. The older you get, the more likely you are to have it.

Doing a bit of research reveals that most women who have been through puberty have cellulite to some degree. So it comes as no surprise to learn that hormones play a huge role in its formation. That is why it is us girls who suffer from cellulite and generally not the guys.

Also men have thicker skin, and tend to store body fat on the stomach, rather than on the lower body. The skin on the thighs and butt is thinner than most other places on the body, which makes cellulite more visible.

Oestrogen, insulin, adrenaline, and thyroid hormones all contribute to the lumpy thighs and bums, and even tummies that we all hate. These hormonal factors also cause the skin tissue to break down, and excess fat to build in these parts of the female body. Women who use birth control or are pregnant tend to develop cellulite faster than most.

Though cellulite is quite common, many people are still clueless about what causes cellulite. The factors that can cause cellulite can be due to a number of things such as genetics, hormones, specific types of food, lack of appropriate types of exercise, and others. They are all related, and generally focus around hormonal influences.

The reason cellulite is more common now than ever, is because there are a lot of hormonal influences out there. In the modern world, women are easily subjected to environmental factors that lead to an imbalance in cellulite causing hormones. These harmful hormones break down collagen and increase fat storage in the thighs and butt. This combination makes cellulite very visible.

In today’s fast food on the go lifestyle, we rarely think about what we put into our mouths. But the consequences over time can truly reflect the cellulite butt we see in the mirror. Many foods such as the fast and fried type, alcohol consumption, high caffeine and excess sugars form toxins in the body.

Unfortunately, if we lead a sedentary lifestyle that does not include a healthy type of diet and regular exercise (for better circulation) coupled with a good amount of water consumption (flushes waste), these toxins will build up and the body is unable to eliminate them. Another unfortunate contributor to what causes cellulite.

In order to combat these things, you need to make some specific changes in your daily life. Highly targeted exercises combined with some specific dietary changes can reduce harmful hormones and put your body in a cellulite fighting state. At the same time, you’ll also tighten and tone the skin and muscle around the cellulite, making it much less visible, for good!

While there is no single cause of cellulite, we do know that you can control and reduce your cellulite problem by targeting the known causes of cellulite.

So the next time you ask yourself what causes cellulite, think closely about the contributors to cellulite butt and what steps you are actually taking in your life to improve the condition.

Remember, there is no miracle that will appear and zap it from your life. I think we all wish that would happen, but until then it is important to take note of the condition if it really bothers you and try to fight back as best you can.

What Is The Real Best Cellulite Cure?

What most over the counter cellulite treatment products can do is to temporarily alter blood flow to the area causing swelling. This swelling will reduce the appearance of cellulite while you're using the product, but once you stop, it comes right back. You're simply covering up the problem, but not getting rid of it. So, what is the best cellulite cure?

Can you see a lumpy substance on your thighs or buttocks resembling cottage cheese? If yes, then welcome to the world of cellulite. Cellulite, a term coined in the 1920’s, describes a problem associated with skin topography. Cellulite is harmless but yet a problem, for it causes much embarrassment for many.

When fat or lipid collects in fat cells, the enlarged cells group together and bulge out exerting pressure and dispersing and distorting connective tissues underneath the skin. This gives the skin a puckered, dimply, nodular and orange peel-like appearance.

People of all ages can develop cellulite. Both men and women can fall prey to cellulite. But cellulite is more evident in women than in men, for in women, the distribution of fat cells or adipose tissue and connective tissue, differs from that in men.

Buttocks, thighs, hip, breasts, legs, stomach and upper arms are zones where cellulite deposits usually occur. Cellulite deposits are similar to any other fat.

Cellulite makes women look bad. It also causes them so many frustrations as they try to hide their cellulite. Because of its unsightly appearance, women want to reduce or eliminate cellulite. But they are not sure about what is the real best cellulite cure.

Taking advantage of this confusion is a wide range of cellulite treatment products that claim to be the final cure for cellulite. Unfortunately, the majority of these products are pure scams.

Sad to say, they only temporarily cover up the problem at best and force women to keep using the product month after month. The truth is that there is no miracle cure for cellulite. Cellulite is a complex issue with complex causes.

What most over the counter cellulite treatment products can do is to temporarily alter blood flow to the area causing swelling. This swelling will reduce the appearance of cellulite while you’re using the product, but once you stop, it comes right back. You are simply covering up the problem, but not getting rid of it.

This is definitely not a good use of your time and money. So what is the best cellulite cure? The answer is not simple.

The factors influencing cellulite development may be listed as follows:

1. Heredity

2. Obesity

3. Stress

4. Smoking

5. Alcoholism

6. Pregnancy

7. Harsh massages

8. Hormonal fluctuations

9. Faulty food habit

10. Sedentary lifestyle

11. Aging

12. Skin thickness

13. Amount and distribution of body fat

Among the above, the main factor is usually hormones. Hormonal imbalances can break down collagen fibers in the skin and cause excess fat storage in the thighs and butt. The skin on the thighs and butt of women is already thinner than other areas of the body, which only exaggerates the problem.

In order to control problem hormones, you’ll need to make some simple lifestyle changes. Removing specific foods from your diet can do wonders when combined with highly targeted resistance training exercises. Despite what you’ve heard, cardio is not the most effective form of exercise for cellulite.

By combining targeted resistance exercises with specific dietary changes, you can control problem hormones and help rebuild collagen and elasticity. You’ll also help tone and tighten the skin and muscle around your cellulite, making it much less visible.

So, what can be the best cellulite cure? Despite what you want to hear, it is definitely not some miracle cellulite cream. Simple and highly specific lifestyle changes are the answer.

Do You Know Why Your Health Determines Your Butt Size?

Do you know your butt size can be a predictor of your health?
Click HERE To Discover the Secrets of Bigger Butt

A sexy hip and thigh area can help you feel attractive, more confident and happier. Your clothes will fit better, you will attract more smiling lookers and you will enjoy looking at yourself, in the mirror, naked. Additionally, getting your hips and thighs strong, firm and toned is beneficial to long term health and fitness.

The definition of sexy hips and thighs can mean different things to different women. Some may have extra fat and flab that needs to be reduced or removed. Some may be too skinny and flat with no muscle shape or sexy curves.

Others may just have too much cellulite to even think about wearing shorts, a bathing suit or a sexy skirt. These females will definitely like to get rid of cellulite.

Often, this can make many people feel despaired thinking that they are born with less sexy hips and thighs than others.

It is completely not true!

Sure, our genes will determine some of how we look, but so does your health.  When it comes to butt size, your body actually decided how it was going to look, largely based on your health.

Things like your muscle health, hormone balance, oxygen saturation, blood flow and bone structure all come into play.

The good news is that you have control over most of these factors!  Most likely you’ve been sabotaging your butt growing efforts and not even realizing it!

I urge you to take control. Start doing butt exercises that will build bulk. With a series of simple and targeted exercises for your hips and thighs you can re-shape and sculpt a firm and attractive lower body. The right home exercise plan can help you to increase your butt size.

Besides exercises, you also need to work on fixing your hormones so that they are conducive to the growth of your butt size.

Do you know there is “good” fat and “bad” fat – just like there is good and bad cholesterol. The fat around the thighs and hips is different to the fat around the tummy.

This is because the fat from the lower body produces hormones that help to better metabolize sugars and other lipids, unlike abdominal fat which secretes hormones with the opposite effect.

As a woman, you should work towards achieving a waist-to-hip ratio of 0.8.  This ratio is calculated by dividing your waist (at the smallest circumference of your natural waist, usually just above the belly button) by the circumference of your hips (at the widest part of your buttocks).

This will require you to learn how to manipulate your own fat to redirect it to your booty. This will mean a healthier as well as a sexier you.

Have you ever tried gaining weight and hoping it will go to your butt?  Having the perfect butt is a dream of every woman. For many women, perfection means a bigger and rounder butt.

The problem is that most of the time only a tiny bit of fat went to your booty with the rest ending up at the wrong places like the belly and waist. Belly fat is definitely the last thing you want because this is not good for your health.

Having too much fat at the belly also indicates that something is wrong with your diet and lifestyle. Besides, a fat belly also makes your butt look smaller.

Unfortunately, for most people, this is just what their body tends to do! Accumulating too much fat in the belly seems like the body shape they were born with. Many people are resigned to their body shape thinking that there is not much they can do to change their body shape. But actually, this is incorrect.

The best way to get a bigger and rounder butt is to combine cardio exercise with a healthy diet and strength training exercises.

There are different types of foods that will help you make butt bigger. You’re probably not sure which ones you should be eating. So, what I’m going to do is share with you types of foods that will help you get a bigger booty.

The types of foods you should eat are:

1. The first type is protein. Eating a good amount of protein will make your butt bigger. Some foods that contain protein that you should be eating are chicken breasts, turkey breast, lean beef, tuna, soy protein, and protein drinks.

2. Another type of food that makes only your butt bigger is complex carbs.  Some complex carb foods that you should eat are oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potatoes, red potatoes, and whole wheat bread. This type of carbs will help keep you lean and sexy, while helping you get a bigger booty.

3. The third type of food that you should eat is veggies and fruits. A few that you should definitely eat are grapefruits, apples, bananas, broccoli, green beans, and salad.

In conjunction with eating the types of foods that were mentioned above, you should also do cardio exercises and weight training exercises for at least 3 times a week. This will help you get great results quicker. Some of the exercises that you should do include aerobics, squats, lunges, leg presses, and step-ups. By doing these exercises regularly, you will eventually get to have a bigger and rounder butt that you will be proud to flaunt it with tight-fitting clothing.
