How to Stay Young, Healthy and Good Looking

The Start & Stop Way To Control Premature Ejaculation

If you are keen to find out how to overcome premature ejaculation and boost your lasting power in bed, you want to read this now. Do you know that you can achieve this without relying on short-term fixes such as desensitizing sprays, creams, pills and “climax control” condoms? It is true. You can do this by learning to read your body signals, knowing when you are about to ejaculate and pulling back from that point – the start and stop technique. However, there are 4 important tips you need to remember if you are going to make a success out of it.

Tips #1 – If you go past the point of ejaculation, do not try to stop it.

Tips #2 – You may use fantasy to warm up your body, but do not over-do it. This is because as soon as your body is turned on, you need to focus back on your body and observe how it feels

Tips #3 – When you habitually masturbate by rubbing your pelvis against something, try to use the stroking method for these start and stop exercises. If this involves a switch from your usual way of pleasuring yourself, take a few sessions to get comfortable with this new method.

Tips #4 – In the course of your training you may find yourself losing some of the control you have developed. This can happen but if you persevere in your effort you will continue to progress.

Here is how you practice the start and stop technique:

(1)   Stroke your “little brother” up and down when you start masturbating. This action simulates penetration. What you only need to care about is to pay attention to the physical sensations of your genitals and pelvic area when you pleasure yourself.

(2)   When you are quite close to the point of release, try to notice the “tickling” sensation that occurs at this stage. Once you understand how it feels like, you are able to notice it when it occurs again next time so that you can judge the correct moment to stop stimulating yourself.

(3)   Observe closely how your body feels like when you get more aroused and to get used to this “tickling” feeling. At this point you need to worry about how long you can last or if you ejaculate too fast.

(4)   As soon as you can tell when the “tickling” sensation is going to arrive you can begin doing the start and stop exercises.

(5)   Stroke yourself until you achieve erection then stop for at least 15 seconds and observe how your genitals and pelvic area feel and the way the rest of your body behaves when your excitement subsides.

(6)   Resume stroking yourself again and do the start and stop action a few times. The aim here is to learn how to control your sexual response so that you can know when to stop stimulating yourself halfway in order to prolong your pleasure time.

(7)   After you stop stimulating yourself, you may lose erection but you can always get it up again when you resume masturbating. During each practice, bring yourself close to the tickling point 3 times.

(8)   Repeat this exercise daily. As you go on, 2 things will happen. First, the length of time you have to wait to regain control will gradually decrease. Second, the length of time you can continue stimulation between stops will increase.

(9)   Once you know how to master the start and stop technique, you slowly increase the number of times you do this start and stop action till 6 during subsequent practices.

(10)After you can do this start and stop action for 6 times in each session, you can increase the stimulation and usefulness of this exercise by using good oil or water based personal lubricant.

Indeed you can use masturbation not just for your own self-seeking pleasure, but as a means to control your sexual response to earn you the precious extra minutes to satisfy both you and your partner. Men Health – Hard Facts Of Penis

The Way To Turn Yourself On Is A Click Away From Here

Here are some things you might have wondered about your penis, but were afraid to ask.

Appearance And Sensitivity Can Change With Age

There are two major changes to the appearance of a penis as a man ages. The head of the penis (glans) gradually loses its purplish color, the result of reduced blood flow. There is also a slow loss of pubic hair. As testosterone wanes, the penis gradually reverts to its pre-pubertal, mostly hairless, state.

It is normal for a penis to curve slightly to the left or right when it is erect. It is only when you have a more significant bend in your penis which may cause you pain or difficulty having sex, that you need to see a doctor. This condition, known as Peyronie’s disease, occurs most commonly in middle age. This is due to the accumulation of penile scar tissue which cause the penis to become curved

Studies have shown that the penis becomes less sensitive as men age. From age 25 on, sensitivity starts to decline. The sharpest decline in sensitivity is seen between age 65 and 75. This can make it hard to achieve an erection and to have an orgasm. Whether this will render orgasm less pleasurable remains an open question?

It Can Shrink With Less Usage

You need to have erections regularly to keep your penis in shape. It has to be essentially exercised. To maintain a healthy tone, the smooth muscle of the penis must be periodically enriched with oxygen by the rush of blood that engorges the penis and makes it erect.

If you do not do anything to maintain normal erection, the penis can get shorter. Without regular erections, penile tissue can become less elastic and shrink, making the penis 1-2 centimeters shorter. A device like a vacuum pump, which forces the penis to swell with blood, can help men with physical erection problems maintain a healthy penis.

Is Masturbation Healthy?

Due to the above reason, it is okay to masturbate. Apart from the pleasure it gives, masturbating can help you learn what you like and don’t like sexually. Men can also use masturbation to learn how to control their orgasms.

Some guys are worried that if they masturbate too often they will run out of sperm. Men will not run out of sperm, as they produce it continuously. After a man has ejaculated, it will take some time before he can ejaculate again. This is normal and doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with his sperm.

Masturbation is harmless, but if you do it too often your genitals may feel sore. If men do it a lot in a short space of time, they can get a slightly alarming looking swelling of the penis, called oedema, caused by fluid in the tissues. However, the swelling disappears within a day or two.

Another thing to take note is vigorous masturbation can rupture your penis.

No Relation Between Size And Erection

There are two types of penises. A penis that doesn’t gain much length with an erection has become known as a “shower,” and a penis that gains a lot is said to be a “grower.” However, most penises aren’t extreme showers or growers. About 12% of penises gained one-third or less of their total length with an erection, and about 7% doubled in length when erect. Generally, shorter penises increase more in length when they become erect than longer ones.

Researchers also found that the difference in length between a short penis and a longer one was a lot less obvious when erect than when flaccid. For example, the flaccid penises varied in length by 3.1cm (1.2 inches), whereas the average erect lengths differed by only 1.7cm (0.67 inches).

The Tip Is The Most Sensitive Part

Many men consider the underside of the glans (head) of the penis and the underside of the shaft to be most sensitive to sexual pleasure. The implication from this is, when a woman performs oral sex on a guy, it is not necessary for her to take it all in, which can trigger a gag reflex. What is needed is a woman should spend more time on the tip and the underside using her fingers, lips and tongue.

Circumcision And HIV

While there is not significance difference in sexual pleasure between circumcised and uncircumcised, circumcision can cut down the risk of getting HIV and passing sexually transmitted diseases to your partner. This is because certain anaerobic bacteria (which do not need oxygen to grow) thrive in the inner fold of the foreskin which is moist most of the time.

After circumcision, there are fewer kinds of bacteria on the men’s penises. This also explains why circumcision has been linked to a lower risk of getting HIV. One theory is the anaerobic bacteria may prompt the immune system to respond in a way that makes cells more vulnerable to HIV infection.

Vibrators Can Help Men With Ejaculation Problems

Vibrators aren’t only for women. They work on the penis, too. In fact, vibration is so effective on the penis that often men with spinal cord injuries can ejaculate with the aid of a special medical vibrator. For this kind of treatment, the vibrator is usually held against the underside of the head of the penis.

Although vibrators often help men with ejaculation problems, you don’t have to have any kind of medical condition to use one. You could do it just for fun by using a vibrating personal massager.
