Pour the dried juniper berries and dried lavender into the vinegar, and use a small wooden spoon or spatula to push the lavender (and possibly the juniper berries) into the vinegar. You don’t want them to just float across the top of the vinegar.


Allow the mixture to steep for about 20 minutes. When the 20 minutes is up, strain the vinegar into a glass.

When running the water for your bath, use warm (not hot) water. As the water is running, pour the vinegar mixture under the running water.


Soak in the vinegar bath for 30-45 minutes. If the water cools down too much for your liking, just run some warm water to warm the water up as necessary.
